The online pre application process was simple and they responded quickly. The list of available pets was accurate and up to date upon arrival. We were allowed to walk though and look and then Sophia took us to the puppy palace. We met Paws and we decided that he was the one. We went back to the office and the process was quick and efficient. We left with our new addition and one happy dog. Great organized operation that takes care of all the animals on property.

There is a rescue for everyone at BDRR & we found ours! Having lost our first pom in April, I filled out an adoption application on-line & it was approved. I 100% recommend you fill out the application before "window shopping" so that if you fall in love with a dog, you can walk right in, meet it, & put a hold on your furry friend. After our 2nd rescue pom passed in June, I never expected or knew when we'd be ready to adopt again. Until I got an email from BDRR & scrolled down to see 4 pom-mix puppies. The only female :) ! I went to see her that same day, went directly to the office, put her on full financial hold & 3 days later went to pick her up as she reached 8 weeks old. The minute I saw her, tears filled my eyes! After suffering such loss, here was this puppy who has lit my heart up so THANK YOU BDRR for saving the small ones too!!!! She is happy & healthy!

They take very good care of their animals.I am a US Navy Veteran and recently got my soon-to-be service dog through them. He is a great match for me and we are excited to begin our training together! Can't thank them enough! Great place to go if you are thinking of adopting a dog. Come support their mission!

I can't say enough great things about Big Dog Ranch Rescue. 1st, I wanted to take all the dogs. They are all so well taken care of. But I fell in love with Hutch since I first saw him on the website. Little did I know that Hutch was at the Alabama location. I almost took a road trip to get him. Little did I know that Big Dog would transport him to Loxahatchee for me, free of charge. One week later we met, the day after that Hutch met my other dog. They watched them interact to make sure it would be a good match. It was! Hutch came home with us and I couldn't be happier. This is not my first rescue. This is however, the best experience I've had. I highly recommend this rescue! Thank you Big Dog Ranch!

Amazing place for adoption of a pet. They are amazing, organized and professional. We went today with a list of Eight but, we had a specific dog we were especially interested in. We were attended to immediately, told exactly everything to know about the dog and or dogs we were interested in. Everyone that works or volunteers there enjoys and loves their dogs. The team up front falls in love with all the animals and they are so helpful. Thanks again BDRR.org for helping us find our Golden mix name Buddy who we adore. We got a Military Discount and then in turn gave a donation. A wonderful Organization.

My husband and I had a horrible experience. Do not trust this rescue. We had a dog on hold to adopt and they gave her away to another family despite the hold. We did everything right. We had our application approved, we set up a meet and greet appointment, we sent in our current dog's proof of vaccines and spay, we put a 24 hour hold on this specific dog to meet at our appointment, and BDRR flat out LIED to us and gave her away. We recently lost one of our dogs due to bone cancer, and we finally felt like we were ready to welcome another dog into our home. BDRR completely ruined that. We will no longer be supporting this rescue, and we will not be recommending BDRR to anyone. They are extremely unprofessional with poor business practices. We would give 0 stars if we could.

My husband I went to BDRR for dog training service for our French bulldog. He was becoming aggressive towards other dogs. The training program helped our dog tremendously. He started with basic obedience, and eventually we worked our way up to socializing him with other dogs. They have dogs on site that work with the clients. Victor & Evan are masters of training . They are kind, patience & will work with you every step of the way. We were educated in the skills we needed to help our dog to become social. He has recently finished his training & he is a different dog. He now wants to meet every dog he encounters with happiness & playfulness. We have also become better pet parents due to the training. We highly recommend using BDRR for dog training. They offer a number of on property programs as well as in home services at reasonable prices. Excellent service!

Big dog Ranch were very helpful, very friendly, big selection of dogs who want a happy home. It is kept very clean and the dogs are all well taken care of and clean. It is an amazing rescue they have a medical building with a vet there 24 hours a day and every day of the week. They have a lot of buildings for different dogs. They do not have any dogs in cages. We have never seen a rescue like Big Dog Ranch. They have big dogs, small dogs and adorable puppies. They also have training classes. I can't say enough great things about Big Dog Ranch Rescue. You won't be sorry going there. We adopted a mixed toy poodle on Election day. He is sweet, calm, happy lovable dog. He was rescued by the owner of Big dog ranch rescue with quite a few poodle mixes from China. The owner is an incredible woman. She runs a fantastic rescue place. Can't say enough good things about this place.

OMG this place was 5 starts from every aspect. I wanted a puppy who would grow to be medium size (30 ish pounds) I filled out their online paperwork on a Wednesday. Thursday someone called and asked if I could come there on Saturday they would have quite a few puppies. The litters of puppies are from a rescue they did of Puerto Rican Street dogs and alot of them were pregnant. We went and the puppies looked like they would be too small or too big for us. As we were leaving a volunteer came up to us and asked why we were leaving empty handed. I explained to her what we were looking for and she said "Well, "Snow" had a litter of 15 puppies, and the runt of the litter is in the back. We couldn't bring her out because she had some diarrhea would you like to see her?" I was thinking oh boy, but said OK.So my husband and I sat and waited for her to go in the back and come back out with "Minnesota" NKA "Shelby"One look and we were in love. Probably helped us that she was all alone in a back room while all the other puppies were getting so much excitement. It was a perfect match. I cant wait to watch her grow up :)Thanks Big Dog Ranch
