Hello, I have taken the time out of my day to leave this review because I am absolutely unsatisfied with 7/11 and it’s employee. I’m not sure who this young man is but it is the one with a little mustache who i usually see in the afternoons. He is completely unserious about his job. He just comes off rude because he thinks everything is a joke it seems. I see that there are other reviews about him which i believe the store should look into. The lack of professionalism should be taken seriously because from I can see this is a GROWN MAN. I will be taking my business to WAWA.

Store cashier insulted me in Spanish as I walked up to counter for no reason, he was trying to show off for the young girl working with him. Absolute idiot.

I have no clue who the woman who works nights is, this is the third and last time I will step foot through those doors now that Wawa is open.
1. She doesn’t greet anyone nor say anything at all to people. This is rude and unwelcoming to people.
2. When you get to the register she tells you to use the self check out. Woman is getting PAID to do a job she doesn’t want to do, when asked for a bag she huffs at you and grabs one and practically throws it at you.
3. The fact that you have a huge rival now right next door means you have hired a person who is pushing people away. Tonight was the last straw I had to carry out seven bulky items because she was “too busy” to hand a bag to me.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the heavy set lady at the counter never smiles, or talks. She just wears a scowl on her face and frowns when you ask a question or try and be friendly. She does not talk, nor will she answer any questions. She acts like she wants to stab you death with an ice pick and no I'm not being facetious. I come up here all the time around 1am to 2am and it's the same thing.

Whoever owns this store must be a slob. Pumps are always broken and they don't care to fix them months on end. Impossible to fuel trailer and vehicle at the same time. CANT WAIT for the new gas station across the street to open. Maybe this store will get better with a little competition?

I dropped in This morning around 7 AM for coffee and gas.The clerk that I had the issue with. I've seen her in there many, many times before. And she's usually very pleasant.And I get it. We all have good days and bad days, but under no circumstances. Should she ever be disrespectful to a customer? I had to speak to her twice in a loud voice saying good morning. I think she took exception that my hands were full. And I was struggling to get my. Credit card out there was one gentleman behind me. And maybe that's what she had a problem with. But I'm 55 years old and I've been around awhile. And under no circumstances will I allow anyone to disrespect me when I'm spending my hard-earned on that note. I'm sorry to say I won't be shopping at that seven eleven again

We actually wanted to go to Wawa but didn't realize it's still not open!! No disrespect to the 7 Eleven girls working because they were very nice, well spoken and very patient with my son and I.

The employees here never know how to use 7-Eleven Wallet and or refuse to take it. Had to wait 10 minutes and have everyone behind me be cashed out. Only after refusing to pay another way they called someone to be told how to do their job.

Hey, we bought some stuff and the cashier asked if we needed a bag I said sure and she handed me the bag instead of her putting the stuff in the bag. I thought that was pretty rude.?

I live down the street from this location and I cannot stand having to go there when I do in a pinch because the women who work there one of them's name is Erica and the other has a buzz cut for a haircut I don't know her name they are always very rude they never have a smile on their face it seems like they are miserable working there and they make you feel like you are a inconvenience to them as a customer they have horrible customer service skills and I would not recommend going here any day of the week

Tried to buy Coffee. All coffee is room temperature. I ask if they also have hot coffee. A young woman answers. “No we don’t have any but you’re more than welcome to use the microwave to heat it up”What??????Needless to say I’m not coming back
