Jose and Robert delivered our Quartz within the estimated time window and did a perfect job installing the counter tops. They were knowledgeable, professional and very polite. It could not possibly have gone any better. I would not hesitate to use Zsolt Granite Corporation for any future Granite, Marble or Quartz projects.

The installers, Leo and Sergio, did a fantastic job. Extremely friendly, prompt and professional. We could not be happier with the installation and are amazed at how well Leo was able to hide every seam. They both took such pride in their attention to detail, which we really appreciated. From our first encounter with the personnel at the warehouse to the installers it was a wonderful experience. Our quartz lives up to its name, impeccable!

The technicians arrived on time, worked diligently and professionally, and the result was a perfect, gorgeous finishing touch to my cabinets! Seems the time went very quickly and they were done! Wonderful company to deal with from start to finish!

Our experience with Zsolt Granite has been wonderful. The products and the customer service from start to finish was great. Leo and Sergio did an amazing job installing the countertop for our master bathroom. I would highly recommend using this company! Thank you for everything!

The quartz piece that we picked out months ago was just as beautiful upon install. The cut was perfect and the installation crew (Leo and his teammate) very attentive to detail! I would def make a purchase here again!

Our stove was broken by the installers when they moved it. The top of our stove is disconnected and the hinges are broken. The company has been made aware but has made no attempts in correcting the issue. Very, very disappointed.

They were transparent through the whole process. They stayed in contact on measure and install days. Installers were polite and walked us through each step while they installed. Our counters look great! In today's world you get what you pay for. The price was good and the granite is exactly what we ordered. I count that as a win, win. Would use again if the need comes up.

Home Depot uses Zsolts for their counterops. NEVER recommend Zsolts!1. Date for templete disaster. I called Zsolt, they transfer me to Emily. Nice lady. I concerned that template takes 2 weeks for appointment. Seing I have no kitchen (flood) that is a long time to wait. She gives me appointment for Wednesday...but I still need to wait 1+ weeks because that all she have. Ok, So I wait. However, I get a text days later stating my appointment is for the following Monday. Can't be? So I call Zsolts, but no answer and no call back. So I drive to Zsolt. I was not greated warmly. There was attitude in the air. I explain the situation...and request that the Wednesday appointment be honored. With attitude I get responce of I'm wrong. I mention Emily name. Nope, I still wrong. I get sad-fustrated and yes, I cry. To be expected when stressed and mistreated. One employee overhearing looks at emails and chimes in " yes, I see email from Emily requesting Wednesday for her". However I am told Emily dont do scheduling. Really, She did over phone with me. Later, Manager comes out from back room....even though earlier I was told she was not there. Manager says she will do best to work it out. Great!! Thank you.2. Templet day disaster. Templet guy show up a little late. Normally not big deal, but I have to be somewhere at 7pm and earlier I was told he be early. I open door and said "your late". Nor rudely, but setting boundaries. He responds "I'll reschedural then". No come on in, I surely don't want to wait 2 more weeks. After he measures kitchen I ask him to verify square footage with me. ( note, my Home Depot rep advised me to request this at time of appointment, as there was a debate as to whether my kitchen meet the 25 square foot minimum.). Templet guy says he dont supply that I info. So I told him what Home Depot rep recommended. He says he don't do that and he can just cancel my appointment. No, I can't wait another 2 weeks. Later, we talk about sink cabinet and how I want support for the new undermount sink to be installed. Apparently, Zsolt does not use any support for their undermount sinks!!! Just Black Mumba epoxy. Everyone know undermount sink need support. As we talk about cabinet, I let him know that the damaged cabinet is to be replaced soon....I just waiting for my insurance adjuster go ahead. This is red flag for him as he says he can't do templet. ?why? I told week ago. It the exact same cabinet model #, size, location, ect. He says no, if he continues templet then I void my warrenty. I guess now I can see why he said no, but I wish I knew that earlier. It's not like I didn't explain this befor to an employee. So he leaves & I'm told to contact office Monday. I message Manager to inform them that appointment had gone wrong in many ways and I needed assistance when they were available.3. My order cancelled without my permission. I call Monday to get new appointment. My insurance adjuster already came out, cabinet guy hired, dates set. I explain update and previous problem in conilogical order. The rep gave attitude the second I said the templet guy was late. How dare i??? Being late Not the big deal, but still a bad start to a bad appointment. I try to tell next problem. But she don't care, my order has been cancelled! "Call Home Depot" I'm told. So I do, but no answer. So I drive there. I been crying, my eyes wet. Assistant manager was already about to call me. She got message from Zsolts stating THEY cancelled the order because I came into their office 2 weeks ago "angry, yelling, screaming, crying, unable to work with" really? Although I may cry when fustrated I am not yelling-screaming. I do stand my ground to set boundaries. Just as I am with this manager I have acted the same with all parties involved. This HD manager has no problems with my behavior and says I'm not being rude.4. I have to start ALL over ag
