Upon arrival the power went out. Team members were yelling at people "We're closed!!" Over and over.
They were still simultaneously taking orders from the people already in there. They took our order and had to refund us because the blenders didn't work.

Just went in for a coffee and they have a new seasonal coffee (sadly the blueberry coffee is gone), so I was looking at the new one. The employee, Jensen, asked if I was interested in it and that if I could wait 4 minutes he would be a fresh pot... well yes sir I can. Thank you Jensen, great customer service. ? ? ?

Purchased turkey blt club sandwich and chipotle chicken wrap. Got home and realized the turkey blt looked mushy, falling apart, and far beyond Wawa standard. I was only given half of the chicken wrap and it had ONLY chicken and ranch. No chipotle sauce, cheese, or any of the topings i added included avocado which I paid for. The worst Wawa experience in years.

Whoever was making my smoothie was very polite, i ordered extra protein scoops by accident and she double checked my order with me before making it and gave me a substitute instead. Very nice customer service.

If Wawa on 434 has 1000 fans I’m president of the fan club. If Wawa on 434 has 1 fan it’s me. If Wawa on 434 has 0 fans I’m dead.
I frequent this Wawa when I have late shifts, and it’s like walking into a room of old friends that are all happy to see you. Everyone is always cheery despite the late hours, and I genuinely feel excited to show up.
The food is always made fast and correctly, the bathrooms are always clean, it’s overall just a wonderful place to be.
