“Jae and Ark Auto are the best. I took my Kia Soul to Ark after another shop in Longwood claimed that I needed a new AC compressor but was acting shady so another set of eyes were needed. Ark asked questions as to why I felt like the compressor was needed and took the car in, did his tests to make sure this was actually needed - and it wasn't. He explained doing tests, no leaks needed in the compressor and all I needed was a recharge. He took the time to explain things and did a great job. We dropped off the car in the morning and by lunch it was finished. Going forward I will trust Ark with all my needs and recommend them for your service. Thank you so much!”

“I typically am the only one who works on my vehicles anymore since it's becoming more and more difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy shop. However this recent job was bigger than what I had the time or tools for and I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. I brought in my Silverado to have the hydraulic lifters deleted due to a failed lifter. I had suspicions of other issues but were assured by other mechanics that they didn't exist. I only spoke Leon personally who has impeccable customer service and knowledge. He was able to give me the best price around and clearly had the knowledge necessary for the job. It took a little longer to get the vehicle into a bay than expected and while most shops wouldn't bother Leon called and maintained communication throughout the entire job which is such a small thing that goes such a long way. The delay was perfectly understandable, I know personally no job ever goes as smooth as you expect. After the initial tear down Leon reached out again to let me know that my suspicions were correct and a few other things needed to be replaced or at the very least were worth doing while it was tore down and about at that time anyway. Leon was able to get me a fair price on parts and replace everything I was looking at getting done anyway. Leon was even honest enough to talk me out of a more expensive replacement other shops had told me was necessary and provide me the education why it wouldn't be worth it. Trucks been running great for about a month now. Absolutely no complaints. Can't thank these guys enough for all the work and actually being good to the customer. I recommend these guys to everybody I know now.”

“Amazing!!!!!! This shop is all about customer service. I have 2015 Ram 3500 that I thought I was having some transmission issues with. Frank and the crew were great. After actually taking the truck for multiple test drives to mimic the issue I was having turns out the issue was coming from the rear differential. But they didn’t stop there.
The crew took their time actually put it on the computer and the lift to go the extra mile to diagnose the problem.

As we worked through the issue together, I discovered that a bent pin on the new sensor was the root of the problem. Rick took it from there and carefully realigned and restored everything. The car now drives perfectly.
