11/10/2024 I went to meet a friend to have a document notarized. When I entered the USP store, I was greeted with a warm smile by Sarah and a well organized and clean place. Sarah showed confidence in communication and product knowledge of what the USP store has to offer. I enjoyed our conversation about Star Wars movies while I waited for my friend to arrive. When my friend arrived, Sarah was very helpful to her as she notarized the document. Thank you for your excellent customer support.

service is at zero level! they sit at the counter, talk to each other and send Lenya to the self-service scanner when their hall is empty! I advise you to review the work of your employees!

I had a very stressful return process with an online company requiring over a dozen different packages. Anthony at ups store 7273 helped make the final steps of this process both quick, efficient and pleasant. Thank you for helping me have a better day!

UPS is not helpful and has given their customer service to overseas call centers. Bleh. They also no longer follows delivery instructions from Amazon orders and does not give you a way to contact them for delivery corrections. We have signs on the door to leave the package and the Amazon instructions say so. However, if they don’t leave the package there’s no way to contact a real store to tell the driver to do their job properly. It forwards you to a call center who admittedly has no way to update drivers. They answer from a call sheet.

My wife came into the UPS store in Longwood this morning, a new employee Amira was extremely helpful, printing out cruise boarding passes and luggage tags for her. I just want you to know you hired a very sweet and knowledgeable lady, thank you! We will be back.

Delivery date keep changing. Its been on the truck for days now. Unreliable and unprofessional service. No one answers the phone. No one will help you. Once they have you package beware you might not get it.

The people that works there are nice but they send my package with a very expensive item to someone else by mistake and they know who has my package but that person hasn't return it yet is being more than 1 week no resolution

I just left the store and felt the urge to write this review immediately. It was my first time and it will definitely not be my last. Lev was amazing. Very communicative, courteous, fast, and professional. He had an engaging attitude and a contagious smile. His service was simply great!

Unbelievable how happy and kind the associates at this store are! Although I came in 3 minutes before close I was greeted at the door, offered quick assistance, and served with a great big smile and friendly attitude!! I will bring all my business here!
