I had a horrible experience at store C in Altamonte Springs but what a difference at this store. A 100% difference from the last. Christopher was exactly what one would expect from a true professional. He was attentive, informative and most of all patient. Thank you Christopher for all your help today. It was a pleasure working with you and buying our new phones with you. I would recommend anyone looking for good service to make the extra drive to this location, it’s totally worth the piece of mind.

I can't remember the names of the two gentlemen who helped me, they really are the reason for my 5 Star review. I canceled my internet router with the 800 # and was Informed to simple return it to a retail store. After driving to the first two stores who both told me they could not accept the T-Mobile router ??? I then Called this store got an instant answer and confirmation that they do accept it and that it would take no time to handle. I drove the 30mins passing 3 other T-Mobile stores and when I arrived I was instantly greeted by who was obviously the person on the phone. He knew exactly what I was there for and while he had customers he quickly introduced me to his coworker who processed everything and had me out the store in less then 5min. I only was returning a router but am still a T-Mobile customer. When I decide to upgrade I'll return to this store to do so. Thanks for the help and my apologize for not remembering names.

I was having issues with my phone and I was getting the run around between TMobil & Apple regarding this issue. I went to the TMobil in Longwood and was helped by Luis the Mgr. & his Assistant Mark. I cannot begin to tell you how patient and professional both men were to me. They really went out of the box with their time and effort regarding this issue. They spent quite a bit of time on the phone with both TMobil & Apple to help me. If you are looking for help with you TMobil phone or are looking to join TMobil I think you will not regret stopping by and having Mark & Luis help you with your phone.Best wishes to your both Mark & Luis!Maryanne D

Normally get amazing service from this location, came in to solve a problem and explained what I was looking to solve and that I was having with their customer care.Jason didn’t care to solve new line and tablet sale issue I was looking to handle, or the customer care issue.“Take it up with customer care”Not sure what’s going on since the last time I came in, as Jason isn’t whom I normally deal with at this location.

Be very careful here. We were told my son's new phone was on a promotion for $250. Turns out we're actually being charged $500 but we didn't notice because they applied an "autopay" discount which hid the phone cost this whole time. This is in addition to also being billed for a protection plan that I specifically said I didn't want. My fault for not scrutinizing my bill, but their fault for shady business practices and their refusal to give us a printed receipt before we left the store.

Art, the manager and all the employees of this store are the best I've ever experienced, since my 1st cellphone! All are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I take my senior Mother and they make her comfortable, with what she calls her "silly questions "

Tyler was very helpful and informative. He may be new to TMobile but not new to treating customers with great care and kindness. This new location is convenient and the staff here are friendly, recommend stopping by this particular store for your TMobile needs.

Customer service is terrible for this company. I purchased a phone from this location in October 2022 and they refuse to unlock it despite being paid off. They've tried everything to keep me from doing so, telling me that it needs to be activated for 40 days (it's been 6 months). They tell me that this device doesn't appear in my account despite having had service for 6 months. They refuse to take accountability for their mistake and refuse to fix it.

Today my immigrant parents (who have been T-Mobile customers since first coming to America in 1997) went into this T-mobile store to ask questions about switching their personal lines to my business account. The employee there named Chris Law wouldn’t even talk to them because they were not authorised users on the business account. This I understand so I personally drove to the location. I walked in and tried to talk to the same employee Chris Law. Every single question that I asked him he replied with “I can’t help you, you have to call 611”. Unless there is some policy change that I am unaware of this is not true. On multiple occasions I have added and removed lines at other T-Mobile locations. We were very upset and when leaving my mother said “you can only help take money”. As we were walking out the door with our backs turned the employee Chris Law smirkingly said “you can change service providers whenever you want”. This was totally unnecessary as we never even said anything about cancelling our service. My parents feel that the only reason Chris Law spoke to them like this is because they are immigrants and unfortunately I believe that played a big factor and Chris Law is a racist. Ultimately, I will take Chris Law’s advice and join AT&T. I will be transferring all my family lines and business lines. I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life. After 25+ years with T-Mobile me, my business, and my family will be leaving because of the disrespect received from Chris Law.

Whoa, let me tell you about the incredible experience I just had at the T-Mobile store in Longwood! I walked in looking to upgrade my business's communication game with a few new lines and get some pricing info, and boy was I blown away.I had been to another store up the road, but they were too busy, so I was in a rush and found the next store closest! And man, am I glad I did!The rep who helped me out, Chris Law, was an absolute rockstar. He knew his stuff like the back of his hand and was able to give me all the info I needed in no time flat.But what really impressed me was his customer service skills. This guy was friendly, patient, and super willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. And let me tell you, that kind of service is hard to come by these days.Long story short, I'm sold. I'm waiting on some account numbers from Verizon, but as soon as I get those, I'm switching over to T-Mobile and joining the family. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-notch service and killer deals.Oh, and here's the kicker: turns out my wife's family and Chris's wife's family are from the same place - Puerto Rico! I couldn't believe it - what are the odds? It just goes to show you that sometimes the universe aligns in unexpected ways.So yeah, in short: T-Mobile Longwood? A+ in my book. And big props to Chris Law for being an all-around awesome dude.

I like this store. Usually don't have to wait too long to speak to someone here. The staff is friendly and quite knowledgeable for the most part and try their best to get your issues resolved.
