After a hit and run, I looked through my insurance company's preferred vendors, and Crash Champions Longwood was the only shop accepting drop offs that day.
Daniel handled all of my paperwork efficiently on a Saturday morning and worked with insurance to set up my car rental while the repairs were completed.
Their messaging system kept me updated on the process throughout the repairs, and Jennifer and Daniel had me back on the road within days. Thank you, Crash Champions Longwood for friendly and efficient service with a lifetime warranty.

BEWARE!!! This ‘shop’ RUINED a priceless S8. We took our S8 in for repairs and during the 1.5 months Crash Champions had the car to fix the BUMPER, they put over 700 miles on it, left personal items in the car that were NOT ours, scratched the trunk and dash, and it came back INFESTED with cockroaches. Both Crash Champions AND AUDI (they recommended CC) refused to take care of the damage (even after the GM at Audi promised to in writing) and threatened us. This is a real review and pictures/receipts can be provided. Audi continues to remove these reviews because they do not want to face what they did. Shame they do not care enough about their customers unless they are taking their money! DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! TAKE IT TO THE BENNET LOCATION AND ASK FOR CALEB. They will lie about timeframes and they don't care about customer service. It is terrible and I do not know how they are in business.

I informed Grant we brought our vehicle to crash champions expecting them to do a top notch repair job, and we got it. Well, very close to it. While inspecting vehicle after repairs I noticed a few plastic fasteners missing . Grant had fasteners installed immediately. Pearl white is difficult to match and they did ok with it. The wife is happy therefore I’m happy. Very easy with pick up and return of rental vehicle also. Open on Saturday as well. They are thinking of the customer with service like this. Thank you CRASH CHAMPIONS.

My car was sent here for two little scratches on the inside of the door from Hyundai. When it came back the other side of my door was completely scratched along with the front fender. The driver's side door that they repaired on the inside had overspray about 6 inches long by 4 in wide on the outside. It got sent back for another 10 days now it comes back with stains on the seat that won't come out and not even detailed .This place is as sloppy as sloppy can be. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They are absolutely horrible!! They are so bad I wouldn't let them paint my son's big wheel.

I took a Lexus ES300H to repair a simple crash on the rear bumper. The insurance estimated the damages at $2,460. After I took the car to Crash Champions, they removed the bumper and all rear lights. They estimated the repair costs at $10,400 approx. They declared it a total loss. I took back the car since the insurance could not pay me the market value. They gave me the parts incomplete and damaged even more the bumper cover. I took it to a small shop, which charged me $800. I had to spend $300 in buying one tail light. My experience is not positive. I don't recommend them.

Accident of Mazda 6 impact with Ford explorer rear right quarter panel into front.
I first wanted to thank the manager on the first day explaining the process with the insurance company on how all of this works.
Secondly, I wanted to thank Grant on taking the time to walk with me through the damage on the car and giving me an appropriate reasonable time frame on what need to to be done restore the vehicle.
Ofcourse, Jennifer, who consulted with me at every visit. Making sure I had all needed documentation and assuring me that Crash Champions as a team would take care of everything for me, reducing my stress.
The vehicle was done in half the estimated time. She looked absolutely gorgeous, and they even cleaned up the inside. Grant, I've told you this, but I deeply appreciate you keeping me updated this past week on my vehicle with your detailed voice-mails. I can tell you've been doing this for some time, because you answered all my questions without me asking.
Every single one of you was absolutely wonderful, and I'm so happy you guys where the people to help me throughout this!
If I could give more stars, I would. :)
