The design of our new kitchen is awesome. Sarah Bartleson, our designer went above and beyond in creating an excellent design and ensuring it resulted in a completed project. She made a computer-generated version of the kitchen, and when complete the actual kitchen is almost indistinguishable from her design. She ensured that the countertops and backsplash were chosen to match a concept we had and was of great help in the selection of every aspect, including many trips to the house in all parts of the project to make sure everything works. We had to replace the kitchen due to mold and now it is like a showroom! We had talked with multiple vendors to try to get the job done, and finally settled on S&W, primarily due to Sarah's great help, competence, and friendliness, and their ability to do the whole job from design to installation. Thanks!

I DO NOT recommend! After finally calming down after a horrible experience as I wanted my review to be fair. Well it’s been a year since the completion of over a year of a small kitchen remodel, I will just say DO NOT USE THEM! The things that went wrong are too long to list. So again, I DO NOT Recommend! We completely regret using our hard earned money and savings on S&W
Update: While I can appreciate their comment below ....
It would have been nice and meant a lot more if they would have shown that kind of concern and consideration during the whole process. Taking correct measurements, ordering the right items, using competent subcontractors go further during the actual project, then responding to a Google Review to save face. It's too little, too late.

Absolutely the worst experience for a renovation I've ever had. They are HORRIBLE. Do NOT hire them. They had problems with literally every single thing they did. From design to electrical to plumbing. Everything. And it took a year and was supposed to take 3 months. They have zero project management and sub out their work to shady subcontractors who don't know what they are doing. And now a year after, my tub is leaking into my downstairs kitchen. They are the WORST. I wish I could give them a negative 10 review because they are AWFUL. Do NOT hire them. Trust me.

Mayerlin changed a horribly outdated bathroom with a confusing design to a spa-like, beautiful bathroom. I am so thrilled with my new bath. Everyone on the S & W crew was so pleasant and professional. I can't wait to start my next project.

We worked with Mayerlin to redesign the layout of our small kitchen. It functions so much better now, feels larger and looks beautiful! Same for the master bath vanity renovation. S&W has proven to be honest, reliable and skilled. But Mayerlin's knowledge and guidance really stood out to us.
