On the initial day, the pickup process went smoothly, and the setup demonstration was adequately detailed. However, the following day, when I noticed a lack of data on the app, I called for assistance at 4 am on a Saturday (their day off) and received excellent customer support.

Rebecca set me up with my BiPap machine today. It was truly a great experience. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She went through everything from A to Z and then was patient with my questions. I went home and set the machine up with minimal trouble. Thanks Rebecca and Respitech!!!
