Nothing but 5 stars!Messaged last night via Google, had a response in less than 5 mins.Brought in my grandpa's computer.Everyone was so kind from Daniel who greeted me to Dylan who took on the task of repair.Then only a few short hours later I received a text it was repaired and ready for pickup!Wow!!!So unexpected!!!I will be a repeat customer!

Acquired a new external hard drive to use as backup for my Mac, but wasn’t working. Brought it in as I knew Refresh would have the synapses clicking to make it work…and Evan was that guy. Banged on a few keys, typed in a few phrases and BINGO…it was setup and backing up my computer! Every time I go in, they always have the answer!

After years of listening to Refresh Computers on WDBO 580 on Sunday mornings, when my friend said his computer was down and he hadn't had any luck finding someone to fix it. I suggested that we go to Refresh Computers. Wow am I impressed, they had so much innovatory, with great prices. The best thing was the wonderful person, Noah, who waited on us. He answered all our questions and was so kind. He was able to get the computer up and running. There wasn't even a charge. From now on, for all my computer needs I'm going to Refresh Computer, I hope I get the same professional technician, Noah again. Thank you so much!

Came in with a problem with my LCD screen on my 2020 Asus Rog Zephyrus. They repaired the entire screen for $100. Unfortunately after the repair my laptop had a problem with the bezel around the screen. It had melted from a short/exhausted heat from the laptop, the cause of which we couldn't agree on. Even though we disagreed on the cause, they took the laptop back without hesitation, went inside, repaired and checked every thing and then went above and beyond and fixed my CPU/GPU fans, cleaned everything and returned it to me in a condition that i would describe as "better than when I bought it new". Let me explain that real quick, in shortest words possible the laptop is quieter, colder and running faster than it ever did. Now I'm not saying they're a charity, I'm not saying that the first repair was perfect or caused the overheat in the first place. BUT when a problem happened and I was skeptical to the cause, they went above and beyond to fix any mistakes if any. They definitely didn't profit on me on this transaction but they bought themselves a new loyal customer. Thank you John and Dan!

I bought an hp laptop for Christmas it is refurbished before he mailed me my laptop he changed the battery in it with a new one for free he told me the battery was not up to his standards now its not great but for the money I spent and his knowledge of computers money is outstanding my laptop looks and runs like a new computer im am so happy I will recommend him to all my friends and family I will not buy anything else unless I talk to the owner first if I ever need another I will be using him in the future I also got a mouse and a couple of other things all works great thank you very mutch refresh computer's ? ?

I originally came in to refresh my computer, which was operating slowly. From the very beginning, Daniel was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient. He was able to explain why my computer was operating slowly and gave me a solution to fix it. After further discussion with him, I realized I did not want to invest that monetary sum toward a repair if my computer would not support the software I use in another year.As he showed me multiple options for purchase as a replacement, Daniel took into consideration all the aspects I wanted in a newer model. Daniel dedicated a lot of time with me, determining my needs and preferences In order to give me great options. As we narrowed it down, he went into the back to find what ultimately turned out to be a perfect choice for me.The computer needed preparation before I could purchase it. Daniel had it prepared and called me immediately when it was ready. I purposely waited until he was back at work so that I could have him complete the transition of information from my current computer to the new one. He did exactly that, explaining the new computer aspects and making sure I could access all my old information.Overall, Daniel spent hours on my behalf to ensure that he knew what I needed in order to recommend the perfect computer for me. As I am not tech savvy, he was extremely patient in explaining or re-explaining concepts that I’m sure were very basic to him. He made me feel comfortable to ask questions when I didn’t understand and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me for a level of computer beyond my needs. I was very grateful to have had Daniel assist me. I am from out of town, but will use and recommend Refresh Computers for any future needs.
