They trick you into buying vacation packages with alot of hidden charges that they won’t disclose upfront. Once you activate the 200+ usd plus certificate that’s when you find out you have to pay over 500 USD in charges.

Heard them on radio, thought they were legit told me there was a 1 time fee. Book a trip and they call me asking to pay ridiculous amount of money after already paying, they are scamming.

Horrible company to work at the management is rude and harsh on workers he yells at people every 5 minutes I wouldn't encourage nobody to work here unless you want to be treated any kind of way for money they are bad business they don't even give you enough training or enough time to learn anything they expect you to know everything within 2 days.Its ikes being in high school all over agin in the worst way. And they also lie to you about work requirements ans expect you to be a liar to people and do dirty business. The whole business is trash.

Renee Carlos and Juan are all frauds in this job I was trained under them and they made me lie about certain questions that customers were going to ask me I kept the job just because of the paycheck and then I realized that these people didn't deserve this, my advice to everyone that has supposedly won a vacation from resort safe is to go to your bank and make a claim and get all your money back before it's too late trust me my first name is Mario and I'm sure many customers remember that , I do have a few of your names and numbers that wanted to cancel so I will be calling you to call resort save and cancel your package and also make a claim against them because they are stealing your money in case you didn't know

They don’t care NYC, Richmond,Texas, Baltimore and more please run. I could of had Covid or some fired me … people won’t say fraud because of the pay

This was our first time ever planning a trip with recommendations from a travel agent. These people actually took the time to listen as they got to know us and what we liked and what we wanted. They took our best interest at heart and didn’t just to sell us a cookie cutter vacation. They seemed to totally get who we are to plan our trip as if we planned it all ourselves. The trip to Dubai felt like it was all just catered to us!
