This pharmacy has been my pharmacy since I moved to Casselberry in 2017. Since last year, the staff continues to change constantly. They are rude and short with customers. I went in today and my doctor called in a prescription for me for my migraine the day before and the person behind the counter (tall guy with glasses) told me that I would have to wait an hour to get it filled. He was very rude and unprofessional, I mentioned to him my dissatisfaction with the service lately at Publix and mentioned that I was going to pull my scripts from that pharmacy and moved to another and he said to me......go ahead. Instead of trying to deflect the situation he made me more angry and I asked for the Manager and her name is Amber and she went on to tell me that they are very busy and thats why my script was not ready. I am changing my pharmacy once I pick the the medicines that they had to order because some of them were not in stock even though these medicines are medicines that I take every day for the last 7 years. Why would they not have them in stock is beyond me. This pharmacy is always packed and like I said the staff is constantly changed with rude people.

After reading some negative reviews here, I have to add that I have not had any bad experiences here in 25 years.

UNBELIEVABLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!! As I ended a rough day at work, I stopped into this publix location to grab a few things. Once I get in line to check-out, the check out team, I believe their names were Amy and Jocelyn, were incredibly friendly. I've never had anyone unload my items from the shopping cart onto the belt to pay until now. Very fast and friendly service. Then headed to my vehicle to unload my groceries. I noticed a bald guy, beard with dark sunglasses. I continued to unload my bags into the car and what felt like out of nowhere the gentleman popped up and grabbed the shopping cart from underneath my last bag asking "Are you done with this sir" THANK YOU to this location to showing me that impeccable customer service still exists in 2024. Now, this is the only publix i will visit in my city.

I have had several unpleasant experiences with the deli department at this Publix location over the past few months. They close at 10pm however multiple times between 7-8 pm their deli team has refused my family service with a smile on their face in a most rude way like we are bothering them by asking them to do their job. They refused to cut the meat i wanted for my sub because they didnt want to clean the slicer a second time. I live right across the street and I am in here shopping every single day with my husband. As a matter of fact it happened again tonight, they claim they've ran out of bread at 7:45pm and that is the second time that has happened recently. I have complained to customer service and to the deli manager about the experience each time but nothing has changed. I'm just super disappointed that the earliest I can get in there is 7pm due to my work hours and I guess I'll never be able to buy a sub again since this deli has decided to essentially close their department at 7pm while the rest of the store is in full function. The package staff aren't even sweeping and no cashiers are blocking the store so I am not sure why the deli gets to stand around laughing and playing on their phones instead of serving the customers that are spending their time and money here. I really hope this store moniters reviews like this and maybe their district manager can step in and ensure their deli is properly stocked for their customers while they are actually open one day. until then ill be getting subs at Jersey MIkes around the corner because they keep ingredients for sandwiches stocked.

Not sure if it is possible that this publix is owned by private person or they don't follow other publix stores guidelines. The staff here is not very helpful and even rude. Went to the lotto counter, employee yells at me as I approached her "we ain't paying out today". I finished my shopping and went back to the lotto counter and she again yelled at me again about not paying out. After that I went to the results checkout line and started putting grocery's up and the cashier turned her light off and told me to go to another line. None of this is the first time being treated this way at this store.

We just left the pharmacy that we go to all the time. I never have had a problem with the usual people there, they are typically very polite, helpful and informative. We walked up to the counter today and greeted a young woman with dark hair that I believe was a pharmacy tech who ignored us and kept scanning whatever she was scanning. We stood there for a while and she finally looked up at us and had a look on her face like we were bothering her. We asked a question about the trouble we were having with opening a medication bottle and she rolled her eyes as she walked over to the pharmacist. The pharmacist spoke to us like we were stupid for not knowing how to open the bottle that they both just struggled opening in front of us before they were successful. I’ve never had an interaction so negative before at this pharmacy until I encountered these two young ladies.

Forgot a key med when visiting this month. Pharmacist Christine went the extra mile to contact my physician and get me set up for a refill. All attendants I interacted with were similarly helpful. Two thumbs-up from a folk that still values great customer assistance!

I feel like the pharmacist here hate their jobs and hate people. I’ve had several experience with them were they were rude. And I get people have bad days. But todays experience really upset me. I have Strep throat and called after my doctors appointment(12:30pm) to see when my medication would be ready because I’m very sick and not feeling well. She told me that it’s be a few hours and that it just came in. She said I’d get a text and I explained to her I never get the pharmacy text messages. I asked her to check my phone number and she just read me the last 4 digits and all of this interaction was with a rude and annoyed tone. So around 4:30 I went to the bank to put money in my account and decided to swing by Publix to see if my medicine was ready, because again I’m very sick and want to start feeling better asap. I get there and my medicine is ready. Never got any notification that it was ready. And the time stamp on the bag is 12:45pm. It was filled 15 minutes after I called when the pharmacist had told me a multiple times on the phone that it would be a few hours. These techs don’t care about the people they are serving. This tech has delayed my treatment by almost 4 hours. Honestly I’m disgusted by this behavior and will be switching my pharmacy.And again this isn’t even the first time like this happened. A similar thing happened to my boyfriend when he had shingles and we had another incident when we were trying to get our Covid shots. Honestly the staff here needs retraining. It’s multiple staff members who are act annoyed and rude when you’re literally just asking about the medication you need to feel better.Also I work in a customer service position so I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt and be kind to them but this is a consistent problem at this pharmacy

For today the pharmacy is one star. The doctor called in the script at 0830 and I'm sitting here at 330 waiting. I need to get this antibiotic started to help with the pain but here I sit.

8.13.22My husband's family shop at this grocery store and this weekend I got to have their ribeye, fruit and cheese platters, desserts which included brownie bites, vanilla cake, chocolate cupcakes, and tres leches cake (not pictured).Everything tasted amazing and fresh with the exception of the cupcakes, which the cake itself was a bit dry, but the icing was good. The fruits I had were sweet and fresh. The ribeye was tender and not chewy. My favorite was the tres leches as the cake was moist and the icing was airy and light.I'm from Maryland so definitely wished there was a Publix near us as I am definitely a fan.

Updated: I’ve had Mariah the last few times I’ve gone to pick up meds and she is always super sweet and professional. I always appreciate working with friendly staff while doing a mundane chore. Thanks, Mariah!Tiffany in the pharmacy was super helpful when I called to ask about GoodRX and getting a prescription filled for my dog. She made the experience super easy on my end! Thank you so much. You’ve made helping my dog feel better a simple, stress-free task.
