On 06/15 my Mother and I visited the Longwood location. The manager was very rude to the new trainees who were trying to help me. The manager never acknowledged us she was going back and forth in the back room eating and coming out talking to the customer at the front desk with her mouth full very unprofessional not only that, but her presentation was very off-putting, she looked like she just rolled out of bed and came to work. She disrespectfully disrupted the conversation of the two trainees who were trying their very best to assist me. Her comment was what is she looking for as they stated that I was trying to buy an iPhone 15 Pro she turned around and asked my Mother are you getting the phone with smart pay which was very insulting. As someone who works in customer service, you never profile a customer and assume that that customer cannot pay for a phone at full price. My Mother was so upset and left. We drove to another location and got the iPhone 15 Pro. I do hope the two trainees get better mentors.

I can say that culture is a very impactful thing that many people can use to excuse themselves for misunderstanding an assignment, another person, or even being rude. One thing that I have seen here more than anywhere else is the sheer understanding that these people have for other people’s circumstances. They knew I had a long day and realized why I was snappy and they asked about it as I was trying to pay my bill. This is the type of customer service that we should all experience when we’re upset because it is rare. I looked it up because I realized that the manager here must have studied something or just be a very competent communicator but it’s called the fundamental attribution error and she was able to leverage her understanding of this principle to know that her snapping back wouldn’t do anything for the circumstance. Not only did I get my bill paid faster, a new tablet, and a good deal on it all…I walked a bit happier because of the young lady in there named Malaicka. I’m not sure how to spell her name but she was the manager in there. I couldn’t allow for somebody’s bad experience with a Spanish speaker dip the rating so much bc this lady actually deserves a raise.

Was extremely frustrated with this store. Recently my iPhone broke and I had purchased a new phone, I went into this location for a new sim and activate my new phone. The poor lady working had no idea what she was doing and barely spoke English after 30 mins of her getting help on her cell phone to activate my new phone, she mis understood and tried to open a new line for me and activate my phone that way. I did my best to explain what I needed and she got more help from someone on her cellphone trying to talk her through it . After another 20 minutess of no progress she admitted she was new and doesn’t know how to do it. I told her I would come in tomorrow when someone else was working, lo and behold she’s there alone again. Told me she still doesn’t know how and has no one else there. I can’t imagine the manager would let this poor lady with no knowledge of working there would let her be there by herself. I was able to activate my phone over the phone with customer service, wished I’ve done in the first place. Lots of wasted time

Today my mother in law went in to make a payment and the associate Samantha was very rude and disrespectful to her and would not allow her to make a payment. I have been in there a few times with my mother in law and have had to tell them what they can and cant do. This is ridicules who you have working here. Weather you can make a payment over the phone or online is not the point she is 71 years old and its easier for her to do this in person. You all need to do better. i am starting to think this is why you all have a high turn around rate at this location. i will find her a new location to start doing her business at. such a shame.

Unfortunately this world still has disrespectful people especially to elders my mother was trying to pay her bill and Samantha told her that she wasn’t going to process her payment. My mother told her that she was very rude and she said well go ahead and give me complaint my name is Samantha. I will be talking to corporate office about this lady Samantha in Longwood corner of 1792 & 434

Online says opens at 10 but store hours outside of door says opens at 12 on Sundays
