I was a first time customer for a blowout. I loved how my hair looked when I left, but when I finally washed my hair after the blowout, I distinctly smelled the scent of relaxer. I am natural, and my hair is now chemically changed. My natural curls are NOT the same. Not to mention a lot of my hair broke off in the back. I specifically stated I did not want any relaxer, but I believe they mix it with some of their products. I have been natural for over a decade, and have avoided relaxers or any type of chemicals that are related. Now I am debating on if I should actually cut my hair and start over because of all the damage that was caused.If you are black woman with natural hair, I would avoid this salon.Service: Blowouts

My hair was not done correctly and I was still charged close to full price. Owner was polite but my hair was not presentable. Will not be back.Services: Laser hair removal

I called to see how much a blow out was, they told me $35 dollars. They lady who did my hair was actually very pleasant. Once she finished my hair she said it would cost $55. I asked why and instead of her responding to me, she went and got another hair dresser. The other lady explained that it was because the texture of my hair. I have a good grain of hair. There was no reason for her to charge me an extra $20. When leaving she said “that’s exactly why I don’t do their kind of hair”. They are very unprofessional and obviously don’t know how to work with all textures of hair.

I read reviews and was visiting my daughter in the area of the salon. I told the owner Maria that I wanted the botox treatment that my professional hairdresser has been doing for years. I told her not too straight but frizz out. My hairdresser very thorough always took 3 hrs. Maria done in an hour and I voiced my concern. After washing my hair 4 days later not only was the frizz still there it was curly. I was so unhappy and called her. She blamed me on what i wanted which was not too straight. I decided to wait to see when I get it professionally blown if it looked better but it didn't. She avoided all further calls I made and text me weeks later after I left a vmail about a possible review. I asked nicely for a portion of my money back because I would have to spend 175. to correct it. She blamed me again that because I told her I didn't want it that straight she didn't flat iron more than once. My hairdresser said she never sealed it and she knows that.So she wouldn't refund anything and also beware she wouldn't take my credit card. She asked me to zelle her the money and now I know why.I learned a valuable lesson stick with a professional.

I went once to get more blonde highlights than I had 3-4 years ago and they left it on too long so my hair was falling out. The lady rinsing my hair called the other over to look at my hair falling off. They tried to blow dry my hair to style and I could see it all falling off. I was then recommended this purple shampoo that they sold that made my hair smell like wet dog. I spent over $150 just to still be paying for it years later bc my hair was still damaged. They tried to hide it the whole time and didn’t even tell me or acknowledge their mistake but still charged me full price and “tried” to help by telling me to use their awful hair products.

I went here a year and a half ago and had a horrible experience. It was legitimately painful how hard the hairdresser scrubbed into my hair, it was ridiculous. And it looked bad afterwards. But I never leave bad reviews so I took the loss and let it go. However, I was somehow added to their texting system despite never signing up. I have been getting texts every month or two from this company for A YEAR AND A HALF with no option to unsubscribe. I've replied, with no help. I blocked the number, only to be texted by a different number. This is insane. I really am not a big complainer but this is honestly ridiculous at this point. There is no way to escape these texts. Do not go here!

I think I found my new stylist! I am very grateful to Sofia. I met her yesterday for the first time and I was delighted. I loved the highlights, cut and hairstyle. As we Puerto Ricans say, “It was a show.” She is super friendly and works excellently. I recommend it 100%!
