I am writing this 5 star review due to Muhammad's exceptional customer service and willingness to work with my little sister and I. My sister is 27 and was in a bind and fell in love with a 4runner that was for sale at Majestic Auto. After a test drive we noticed an oil leak and reported it to Muhammed and as we handed him back the keys I said if you decide to fix it please call us back. We spent the next few days looking at over 20 different cars none of which were to my sisters liking or my standards. On our way home from one of these exhausting days I received a text from Muhammed, he had the rear seal replaced and invited us back for another test drive. He even went as far as holding the vehicle over the weekend for us to test it on Monday. We showed up and asked if we could take it to a mechanics shop to have it looked at and. he not only said yes, he encouraged us to do so. Upon review of the vehicle it had a few more minor issues and after I made it known to him he adjusted the price so my little sister could afford the repairs after the purchase. Needless to say we bought the vehicle for a very fair price my sister is no longer in a bind and I have my evenings back. Thank you very much Muhammad and Majestic Motors. We are extremely satisfied customers!

I got a 2015 Odyssey it's a great car, just keep an eye out when buying here we agreed on 11k but the contract says 11,500 so double read that contract before signing. Also it's been like 3 months an they never sent me the registration so if you have them do your tag make sure your not to far or you will have to drive an hour in my case to go get the registration. Other then that he won't mention a accident unless you do, so keep an eye out for those but you can still get a good car if you know what your looking for.

Put down a 500$ non refundable deposit on a car and I came from out of town to buy it. When I saw it in person I changed my mind on the purchase. After explaining the situation to the guys there they agreed to refund my deposit. They are honest guys who are doing their best. They could have easily taken my money and told me too bad. I really appreciate the service and honesty I got when dealing with them. Highly recommended!

Saw a car posted asked to see it same day as post hand shake agrees to trade my vehicle one for one for the vehicle they had. Handshake Saturday for the deal/paperwork to be done Monday. I neglected to give them my contact info but as a man of his word held it for me until I got back to him Tuesday even with other people offering to buy it that day. Everything was quick pain free and couldn't enjoy the car more.

Called about a car Saturday, asked if they were open Sunday they agreed to meet us eventhough they don’t have Sunday hours. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, worked with us based on our needs. Our daughter scraped her knee in the lot and he helped us clean her knee up and was very patient. Spent hours working with us and was not upset when we walked away to think about it. Truly old school business man, the kind that rarely exists anymore. Whether we decide this car is right for us at this time or not we will be back to work with this car dealership either way

Our company delivered for this guy 3 damaged vehicles1 after hurricane and 2 with fire damageThis is the most unresponsable person I ever met. He was not able to unload our trailer and he lied that he have forklift.For future customers - just keep in mind he is buying junk crashed cars and trying to resell them.

NEVER BUT A CAR A THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!I bought a car at this place and has been the worst mistake I have ever done in my life! They scammed me, they sold me a car that was damage and took advantage of my lack of knowledge in cars, I drove the car for one month and a half and the engine exploded, and when I went to tell the about the car, they didn’t gave me any solutions. So I lost my money. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, NEVER GET A CAR AT THIS PLACE!!!! Go to an authorized delearship and get a certified car! Even if you don’t have enough money! Is better to lose it at this place!!

Not only was I lied to but I was sold a car that had engine issues totaling 7k in repairs. They wouldn't work with me and I'm currently pursuing legal action against them do not buy a car here. I promise you will regret it.

The cars they show on Carfax and other sites are old and not even available. I went to this dealer it was a junkyard of old cars. Absolutely nothing like what the website portrays is real.You’re mistaken because I went to both places. And to be fair you were not in the office, but your rifle was sitting there out in the open, which I thought was unsafe.
