I've had the pleasure of knowing Sean and Kimberly Canada for a number of years. They genuinely care for their clients. They do excellent work and are top-notch when it comes to their system for designing and remodeling kitchens, bathrooms & whole home interiors. Park and Patina Design Build renovated our kitchen, master bathroom, and flooring, and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. Sean, Kimberly, Benny, and James all worked together to delivery a positive experience throughout our renovation. They were professional, patient, and respectful of our home and personal space. Sean and Kimberly were responsive and timely with their communication, and even went above and beyond to include our children in the renovation process. I would highly recommend Park and Patina to anyone looking to renovate their home, and would use them for our future home projects!

I could not be any happier with the outcome of our kitchen remodel. Kitchen & Bath Plus’ attentiveness, and attention to detail are second to none. Not only are they great at what they do, they are craftsmen, artists and take so much pride in their work. The attention to detail and perfection was on display every single day. They were at my home working every day (except when we were waiting on permits). I could always call and contact them immediately. Their service is top-notch. The quality of materials are 1st class. The entire team are genuine people who truly care. Most importantly, they make sure you are 100% satisfied with their work. They are not satisfied unless you are 100% satisfied. I particularly loved the fact they are an Interior designer and a General contractor all in one. It’s a one-stop-shop so the entire process is seamless. I would refer Kitchen & Bath Plus to anyone! Services >1. Kitchen remodel & unexpected termite damage unknown to till cabinets were removed so a complete wall & rewiring was done .2. Other Misc repairsWe are so glad we went with Kitchen &Bath Plus . We had other quotes but after meeting the owners Kimberly & Sean we knew they were the ones. They were so kind , caring & took pride in their work .We instantly felt comfortable with them as they took interest of what we really wanted & were more than willing to help us achieve our dream kitchen .One of my biggest concerns was the dust during the renovation due to my (E)severe Asthma & Sean took care of making sure I was ok throughout the project as he had the team put up a plastic barrier. The team swept the area at the end of each day .Benny was on top of that day to day as well as on many other things.Kimberly & Sean were so professional, kind caring , they both paid attention to details from the beginning to the end with the design & construction.They made sure I could visualize all aspects of the process as I am a very visual person. (E)Schedule > we are planners so having a schedule online to look at what was planned for the week & including the name of the team member was great & if there was change we were told.TeamThey were amazing they also took pride in their work. Benny was on site most of the time . He stayed on top of everything. He went over & beyond. We had no worries about him & James being in our home whether we were home or not . Actually we had full trust in Sean & Kimberly & their team . Now a days thats not always the case .Tile > his name escapes me at the moment. He took his time to show us with our tile with different patterns before installing them . Told us the positive & negative if any of each . So appreciated it that.Sean , Kimberly & Benny took care of us & our home like they would their own .The team was punctual , professional . Everyone took pride of their work as did Sean & Kimberly. They responded quickly & no question was insignificant to them .K&B plus is outstanding , reliable & dedicated & they both took of everything no matter how minor it was .Sean is an amazing contractor who likes to make sure the work is done right & shows up on site at each stage & in between . He always ended the conversation with do you have any questions or concerns for me & he would take care of them if there were any.Sean & Kimberly care about u & the project . They go over & beyond. Kimberly met us wherever was convenient for us . As an architect, I have worked with Kitchen & Bath Plus for several years on various types of construction projects...not just Kitchen and Bath installations. Kim and Sean are professionals. They are concerned and attentive to all aspects of any project, including structural, codes, and what is best for their client. They don't play games, and don't try to 'sell' things that the clients don't need. And they analysis every aspect of a project to make sure there will be few surprises once work proceeds. Totally professional.

We hired Kitchen & Bath Plus for a major remodeling/renovation of our master bathroom. From our initial meeting with Kimberly and Sean to the completion of the project my wife and I have been extremely pleased with the entire process. We were immediately impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail throughout the design process. Once construction started the ongoing communication was excellent and any changes or issues were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. Sean’s on site team were very professional and pleasant. In particular Benny & Steve were a pleasure to work with and have on site throughout the project. Special mention also for Reuben who installed all the tile and was a true artist. We now have a completely renovated bathroom and couldn’t be more pleased. I would hire Kitchen and Bath Plus again and would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.Services: Repair water fixtures

We had a great experience with Kitchen & Bath Plus! They got our bathroom remodel done very quickly (we had a baby on the way) and it looks amazing! At our initial meeting with Kimberly, we were able to discuss ways to cut costs and she had some great suggestions. Sean passed by frequently to check on the work and was very thorough explaining each phase of the remodel. Everyone on their team was very professional and wore masks the entire time (back in 2020). We've since used them for a few smaller jobs, and we're looking forward to hiring them as we continue updates on our house!

We recently used Kitchen & Bath Plus to remodel our kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and office and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to do any remodeling. Working with Kitchen & Bath Plus was an absolute pleasure. Remodeling can be very stressful and frustrating, but the team at Kitchen & Bath Plus made it so easy for us. Kimberly was amazing in helping us design our kitchen and dining room and Sean is definitely the best contractor we've ever worked with. Sean and Kimberly's communication with us was superb, which was rare from most contractors that we've used in the past.The team at Kitchen & Bath Plus truly cares for what the finished project looks like. We have other areas in our house that need remodeling and we definitely plan on using them again.

Sean and Kimberly Canada are so amazing to work with. Benny, James, Steve and Clark were also wonderful. They were all so polite and excellent at what they do. The attention to detail was spot on and any discrepancy we noticed was taken care of.
