But the woman and man who helped me were absolutely phenomenal. They were incredibly understanding and patient, taking the time to walk me through the process without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
The lady was also from NY so she made me feel comfortable. Their energy was so positive and welcoming, and I truly felt like they cared about making sure I was comfortable and informed. I really appreciated the attention they gave me and the genuine kindness they showed throughout the entire interaction.

“I took my gold chain bracelet that had broken at the clasp to Profesional Jewelry Services on my way to get breakfast. The owner said he would have it done by the time I finished eating. After eating i stopped back bye he had finished all the work and cleaned my chain. The work was fantastic , my chain looked brand new and stronger than it was originally .
