Agents Dan K & Allen S worked with us to answer various questions related to home insurance, car insurance, the benefits of bundling insurance together, among other things. They called back to follow up as promised and allowed us to make our own decisions with information, without pressuring us in any direction.

I called and spoke with Allen. He was extremely patient with my questions and knowledgeable in every way. He was able to save me almost half of what I was paying with more coverage options. I can't begin to express the relief I feel and complete satisfaction.

Anita Colom was so helpful! I've called and spoken to several people in the call center, but didn't really get much help. But yesterday I happened to get Anita.
