I was a little hesitant ordering but i placed my order with ample time for it to get here in time for Xmas .. yes it was hard to get a response from customer service but my package did ship and will be here tomorrow!! Anyone who says their order didn't get to them in time didn't do their due diligence and order ahead during the holidays... my 4stars is simply because it's hard to get ahold of a live customer representative

Order lots of things in the past from Hoop Culture. Seems like they are selling items that they don’t even have in stock. Been over a 2 weeks and no order shipped. Then said order will ship out on Monday or Tuesday never did. Then stated Thursday or Friday and never did. Then finally a tracking number was given and nothing has shipped. Just created a shipping label to act like order went out. SMH.

This company was contracted to provide jerseys for my son's AAU basketball team. We ordered the jerseys in March, and as of today (7/27/22) they still have not arrived. Our season is over in two weeks. The company refuses to timely issue refunds despite many, many requests over the course of the last two months. Parents have now been forced to file credit card disputes to get our money back. I like their clothing, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. If you're ordering for a team, good luck actually getting your order.

Buyer beware. I have reached out to this company regarding an item that was ripped and in need of an exchange months and months ago. Sent the item back to them, never received a replacement though they told me several times they would send one. Do not trust what they say. They will send several emails back and forth and offer no actual resolve. I also attempted restoration through the BBB still no resolve. My kids like their items but never again will I purchase here. Less than 1 star is what I'd prefer to rate them!

I ordered two sweatshirts. One sweatshirt arrived in about a week and a half. I waited another week and the other sweatshirt still had not arrived. Of course, it was the full price item. So, I called and could not get anyone, so I emailed. They told me according to their records the sweatshirt was in the first package. I told them it wasn't and they ask if I still had the package the first sweatshirt was in with the weight on it. It's been over a week. Of course I didn't have the trash. Hoop Culture said they couldn't help. Yes, they could. Send me the $50 sweatshirt. Just be careful. I think shipping issues start on their end. A 12 year old girl can spread the word about Hoop Culture at a AAU tournament a lot quicker than this submission. Ha!

The item that I ordered was perfect!!! My main dissatisfaction was with the lack of communication regarding the shipping process and the time it took to be delivered. I understand that it's the holidays, but not sure why an item has to sit for 2 days after the shipping process has already begun. Once again, the hoodie was perfect, I just hope next time there is better communication and the shipping time is honored.

I have supported Hoop Culture in many facets. From personal gear for myself to stuff for my family, and as a coach for my teams. I can honestly say I have yet to be disappointed and never will be. Their service is first class and personal. The turn around times are often hard to control in this industry, but somehow Hoop Culture finds a way to over deliver every time! Mike and his team are outstanding & the design and quality of the the apparel and accessories are phenomenal! I can’t wait to get more gear for Christmas!

I have ordered a sweat shirt from here at the end of November and it is almost Christmas and it still isn’t here I have called way to many times where they either decline me or don’t pick up I can’t track my order I’ve gotten a text saying more info will come but none has ever come don’t buy here this place is a scam I’m very un happy right now and very upset once again DO NOT BUY HERE
