Unfortunately I have not had the best experience with this Accounting Firm. I spent thousands of dollars each year on bookkeeping costs, payroll costs and tax prep and several things were screwed up as well as I still have yet to receive my 2023 Tax filings. I am trying to understand the point of spending over $5,000 a year in bookkeeping to get my taxes done timely when the bookkeeping was never done timely, taxes not done timely, I am still waiting for the 2023 taxes and it is now 8/14/23, and receiving no responses from the team.
I also cancelled the Bookkeeping fees last October 2022 yet they still charged me for fees that they forgot to cancel on their end. I do not recommend them at this point.

Solutions Group Accounting Firm made everything so easy. Mr. Robert Crews did an amazing job with our taxes so we are using him again. The entire group are very knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. We would definitely recommend them.

Andrew is amazing to work with! He and staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to accounting and taxes. Super friendly and will go able and beyond to help out their clients. Andrew has been able to help us with a few issues with our taxes and we are beyond grateful for his assistance. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE.

We've been working with Nate and Curtis and have been very pleased. We have FINALLY found people who can help us with making personal financial decisions by speaking to us in terms that the average person can understand. I have dealt with countless accountants who would just take my info, compute it, and send me on my way. Or some would attempt to explain things and say it in a manner that left me feeling defeated and unintelligent. I feel like these two have been translators of the financial world and I finally understand what things mean and can now confidently make decisions. It has been a wonderful experience, thus far.

I would highly recommend mrs jennifer smith Specially! Their platform are knowledgeable and answer all your questions promptly, if you leave messages they actually call you back!
