**Exceptional Car Buying Experience!**
Working with Dimitrie was truly outstanding. Having purchased vehicles from a range of dealers and private sellers, I can confidently say that Dimitrie provided the best experience by far. From our initial conversation, where he promptly arranged a video walkthrough, to the delivery of my truck within 24 hours of closing the deal, everything was seamless. To top it off, I received a thoughtful gift with my purchase.
Dimitrie was not only friendly and open to all my questions but also incredibly patient. After sharing a recent negative experience with a luxury dealer and requesting an independent inspection, Dimitrie welcomed it, which was a refreshing change. This openness signaled to me that this was a different kind of car buying experience.

Friday August 16th: I just bought a 2005 Jaguar XKR from Rob at Global. This the 69th car that I've owned ( yes, a car nut) and more than half have been bought from dealerships. Rob is the best dealer I've ever worked with! Knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure. Told me to take the car home overnight so that my mechanic could look at it the next morning: said "drive it, take it to dinner, have a good look at it". I brought it back after it passed ( mechanic said it was probably the cleanest 20 year old car he'd ever seen), we agreed on the price, and I left to get a cashier's check and also had another appointment. When I got back all the paper work was done - all I had to do was sign! Rob could not have been more accommodating.
It's a small dealership - just Rob and Dimitri - but a nice selection of cars. I would give Global more than 5 stars!

I drove in from out of state to purchase a Porsche Cayenne. Dimitrie was very gracious with his time staying late on a Friday evening to accommodate my schedule, then he met me early the following Saturday morning. First class operation with no pressure at all. Very stress free environment. He went out of his way to ensure that I was well taken care of for my return trip home. It is clear that these professionals love cars, not just selling cars. I would definitely go back for future car needs.

I spoke to Manny and Dimitri, interested in a white bmw 135i that has been for sale on their website. They said the car was in perfect mechanical condition. I asked them about the interior and specifically if there were any tears or rips. They said it was good. I asked about leaks. I let them know I be flying in from out of town and I appreciated if they were honest and transparent with me and they assured everything was good and as they said. When I arrived the car looked nothing like the pictures. The paint looked like someone went at it with a chainsaw. The paint was gouged throughout the hood and roof. The drivers seat was torn on the bolsters and bottom cushion. I pointed it out to Manny and he dismissed it. The car started and it had a misfire that lasted about 10 seconds then smoothed out. While the car was misfiring I pointed it out to Manny and he said he didn't hear anything. This is a fault of BMW N54 engines when injectors are bad. A repair that is about $3k to fix. They wasted my time, a day of work, and money spent on a flight to Orlando and now I needed a flight back. Horrible business ethics. Included pictures of online ad where they clearly "fixed" the image.

I just bought my new to me BMW M4 2015 from Global Auto Exchange, and typically I don’t write review, but I never imagined that a car purchase can be that easy and pleasant. The car is amazing condition , I’m driving it for more than a month now and I haven’t had a single issue.
People were really friendly and the owner is a great guy.

I brought the red BMW and Manny is the one that worked with me during my time of purchase, from the first time I met with Manny he had such an amazing spirit with helping me, all of the staff there @ Global Auto Exchange are the best! If you are looking to purchase a car or a suv this is the place to buy! They care about you and your need to purchase a great automobile, and to make sure things are completely correct! A ABS sensor light came on in the car after I purchased it and I called Manny and he had me to bring the car back in and they did just what they said they would do, fixed the problem. It was just that easy, Thank You Global Auto Exchange! You Guys Are Great!
