Zack is AMAZING!! and here is whyFirst he doesn’t pretend that the job is sooo difficult, basically to justify a crazy cost, to charge you too much . His charges are very reasonable.Second, He get the job done with attention to details, and finally the support after that which is a BIG DEAL! for any work completed.I highly recommend him!

Zack was great! Met him at the shop within 20 mins of calling ( he was on his way back after a mobile call). He quickly figured out we had a broken screen and confirmed the Apple Warranty was still in effect! Will definitely call Gateway first for our next Tech issue!

Zack was awesome I stopped in the store today after work to get my sons computer fix for him for Christmas and had an amazing experience Zack was very professional, fast My son’s computer was fixed in about 45 minutes and reasonable this place is definitely worth checking out I will return with all my computer needs

For the first time in 6 years we have great internet coverage in our large home. I tried all the band-aide solutions with frustrating results. Zack is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The quote was very fair for the amount of time spent and the quality of the equipment. Zack communicated very well and explained well the things we didn't understand at first. I definitely will be using their services again!
