I’m not one to leave a bad review unless I really feel as though it’s needed. The fact that I receive the wrong order was a mistake, I looked past that. The shipping labels were put on the wrong box. Mistakes happen. However, when I first called to address the issue, I was told they would start the process but they were closing on 15 mins so they would work on it the next day and call me first thing in the morning, never got a call! I called back that afternoon and was told they were working on it and would get a call back. Again, no call back but an email with a shipping label asking me to drop off the order I received.I got my actual products the next day which was fine, however no phone call with explanation. NO ONE called to tell me until days later that the box I was shipping was to the other customer. Then the lady has constantly argued with me through email telling me how I was wrong.As a business owner, if I had an employee argue with a customer, it would be unacceptable. Highly disappointed in the service. Sadly I’ll be looking else where for products for my business.

I have been doing business with Danta Williams at GPP since 2013. Danta gets it done! Whatever I need from forms pens and flags to a giant 24 foot tall custom inflatable RAM head. Danta always comes thru with product and price.

GPP goes above and beyond! One of the benefits of doing business with GPP is that they are a company that will still talk with their customers. I love the personalized touch! When I need an answer, they respond. When my order was going to arrive after my upcoming conference, they stepped in and came to the rescue. Thank you for caring about your customers!

Had an amazing experience with sales representitive Dina today with placing an order for the company I work for Riverview Auto Sales. She was great from start to finish, she was very knowlegable on all the products they had and gave me lots of options to choose from. I work with Dante and he is always so friendly. He checks on me periodically to be sure I have everything I need and does what he says he is going to do. We've ordered everything from a Giant Inflatables to key tabs. We receive our products quickly and they are great quality. I highly recommend Gallagher Promotional Products.
