Amidst my parents' rocky divorce, my dad planned a trip to Tampa with my mom, hoping for a fresh start. But a forgotten CPAP machine part nearly turned the trip into a nightmare. Stressed and unsure, he reached out to AdventHealth Hospital and connected with a respiratory therapist named Ziggy.
Ziggy turned out to be a real lifesaver. Going beyond expectations, he personally delivered the missing component, ensuring my dad got a good night's sleep. Because of Ziggy's kindness and effort, what could have been a miserable night became a turning point for my parents.
My dad couldn't stop expressing his gratitude for Ziggy, whose actions may have saved their relationship. Thank you, Ziggy, for your incredible support and for being a true hero in our lives.

I have been with this company for almost 5 years for my CPAP. I receive regular texts and emails to order my supplies and occasionally a phone call. It takes a few weeks to get the supplies (its not Amazon) so I just plan to order early. My machine is almost 5 years old and has been giving me trouble. I have been to their office twice recently when the tech on the phone had not been able to trouble shot the problem. Both times they got the machine working. They even told me they would give me a "loaner" to get me through til September when Medicare will pay for a new one if they cannot keep it working til then. I did have to order a replacement item that was not going to be paid by Medicare. They were kind enough to tell me it was cheaper if I paid out of pocket rather than going through Medicare denial. I will say that there contact ability by phone is not always the best but I usually get a call back with 24 hours. This is a true frustration but is common with most companies these days. Machines answer the phone (cheaper than real people) and are not that great when you need to speak to a person. Overall, the company has been great. Most of the complaints are old.

When I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, they quickly contacted me and got fitted for my CPAP machine, the girl who fitted me did an excellent job, I love my machine. They have always been quick to send me my supplies for my machine and have always been helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Limited assortment of cpap masks to try in person. Staff is very helpful and cares. They will schedule a home visit.

I don’t understand the bad reviews, as this team has gone so out of their way, that even when my insurance had an updated requirement to continue getting services from this group, they continued to provide me with desperately needed services, until all was resolved.My family and I are very grateful.The wait on the phone may at times be long, but when someone gets on the line, they are very pleasant and committed to service. Thank you for everything.

We switched to this company & location last year when my husband's insurance changed. I've had nothing but good experiences with them - especially compared to our prior provider. They contact us regularly to see if we need supplies, etc. I am writing this now because of the OUTSTANDING service we received today in the office from Patrick, a Respiratory Therapist.We went to the office after being completely frustrated on not being able to get responses from our physicians office on the status of a new RX we were expecting after my husband had completed a new sleep study a couple of months ago.The woman at the reception area (sorry, I don't know her name) has always been very helpful; she's tremendously knowledgeable about CPAP and how insurance and physicians work. She was able to look at our records and give us some answers. She recommended that we have my husband's current machine looked at by a Respiratory Therapist to ensure it was working correctly and she was able to give us an appointment for only 2 hours later.When we went back we met with Patrick. I can't emphasize enough how helpful he was. He determined the machine was working and gave my husband suggestions on a different hose and mask that would suit him better. Fortunately, they had it right there and my husband tried it and really liked it. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and kind. We walked out of there in a completely different mood and we are so thankful for the results. Thanks PATRICK and team!!!

A young man charged me $14.00 and I gave him a $20.00 and he said that I had $6.00 credit and I received a bill for the exact tank day and time for the $14.00 so I want his job and there is cameras that show I handed him a Bill

They guided me into a brand of CPAP that my new respiratory care doctor says is not state-of-the-art and messed up my first 2 auto "refills" -- sending the wrong supplies or arbitrarily cancelling the order without alerting me. Now that I've talked to them, the second refill seems to be back on track, but took too much attention from me. If you use this service, be prepared to ride it constantly.In fairness, the original consult was very professional.My low rating references the reorder service.

This place is NOT a not for profit. They are unprofessional. Has the pass the buck mentality.Waited three weeks to transfer my equipment from out of state, then lied to me on several occasions.Then they wanted 200+ up front for my equipment.Went somewhere else got it for 13.00Those documents are being turned into AHCA and centers for Medicare Medicaid for fraud investigation.I’m also sending these to the IRS as evidence of being for profit.

The worst. Ordered supplies over a month ago. They sent me an email saying that they were trying to contact me by phone. They never tried. They don't answer their phones. They don't respond to emails. Unbelievably poor service.

Horrible, horrible customer service. The people on the phone are pleasant enough but it does not change the fact that supplies took well over a week to ship. The only reason they even shipped today is because I called today. The supplies are scheduled to be delivered 15 days after I ordered them. Absolutely absurd. I need to see if there is another company I can get my supplies from.

They aren't very reliable when it comes to CPAP machines. Meaning you gotta follow the health insurance rules yet if you tell them you were in the hospital or having a problem with the equipment they just blow it off saying you must follow the health insurance rules. Plus if you need supplies they aren't great with that either.
