If I could give 0 stars I would, had an appointment scheduled for today at 11am and no one ever came, we tried calling a few times with no answer. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Would have understood is something came up last minute - stuff happens I get it but no response at all is giving very much SCAM this company is not trustworthy spend ur hard earned money elsewhere.

I should’ve known better and just make the drive to my regular mechanic. I decided to call a mobile mechanic for convenience but definitely wasn’t worth it. First of all they were over an hour late, and never called to inform me about it. Then asked for payment up front (I’ve worked with many mechanics, and none of them ever do this). Then they put my car up using wooden blocks instead of jack stands, in the middle of my frame, which is now leaving a slight dent. The only good thing they did was installing the parts for my drum brakes ( I made the job 10 times easier for them too because one side was 90% done, they only needed to put a few springs on, didn’t even have to remove the old parts). But they didn’t flush the brakes and left the brake pedal super spongy. They then came back hours later to fix it but ended up breaking my bleeder valve and trying to blame it on me. At that point I had brake fluid all over my driveway and the car was not driveable. They wanted me to pay $175 on each wheel to fix it instead of fixing THEIR mistake. They also tried to gaslight me saying that I stripped the bleeder valve when I couldn’t finish the installation of the brakes. As mechanics yourself, you KNOW for sure that you bleed the brakes AFTER installation, not BEFORE. Hence, there was no reason for me to touch my bleeder valve before they finish the installation. They must’ve never worked on a rusty car or something, a little tip, if a bolt doesn’t budge, you should spray it with penetrating oil and apply heat, don’t just force it all the way then break the bolt in half. For some reason, they didn’t seem to think that flushing the brakes is a part of a brake job and told me that it’s not their problem that they broke my bleeder valve in the process. I guess all their other customers just don’t mind driving with spongy pedals lol. Ended up having to fix and redo everything myself. Honestly just go to another mechanic who knows what they’re doing, save yourself some time and money. Also, don’t be fooled by the reviews that they are obviously writing themselves. do you really expect me to believe that shae r and shayla roberts are not the same person?

Fast, friendly, reliable service!! When my car put me down, they came out to assist me. The mechanic was very patient and professional, and he took his time fixing the issues and everything that was going on with my car. I would definitely recommend their services, and they'll also be my first call - should I have any other car issues. So glad we found them . Thanks again!!

This review is looooong overdue and beyond well deserved. My sister and I were in quite the pickle and had been screwed around by several mechanic shops in Longwood. We reached out to Father & Son for help and received the best and most hospitable treatment. The young lady who took our call, Lynn, answered every question & then some, and explained everything from price to arrival times of the mechanics, to company policy...and she was knowledgeable about cars too. The mechanics are all certified, and the gentleman who was dispatched, Pablo, was simply lovely. He went above and beyond to address our issues and he made sure we understood what was wrong with our car. This was our first good experience with a mechanic and we are extremely grateful for their kindness, honesty, compassion for our situation, and professionalism. Keep up the good work, Father & Son! We WILL use you all again.

Very pleasant to deal with! The convenience of calling and texting was awesome to have. The office went above and beyond to have my needs met all in one day! Replaced our head gasket and starter for a good price and the tech, Ross, was extremely knowledgeable and gave a lot of good tips to continue to maintain the car. Thank you guys so much!

Very rude on phone, was hung up on... Also front shock replacement with customer provided parts was $1389.00. That is insane. But that wasn't the issue she is very rude. I'd go elsewhere.

I was inquiring around the cassleberry area for mobile mechanics and the lady that answered the phone was just rude I really don’t know if she was having a bad day or that’s her personality she hung the phone up in my face cut me off for no reason if you are looking for customer service this isn’t it I still hope she has a blessed day

(0 star customer service) I really wanted to use their service because of the title and appreciation of family owned business, but due to terrible customer service. I will just use a local pep boys. I’m paying for a service and they’re telling me what time works best for me. Ridiculous save yourself a headache. Thanks for hanging up the phone very professional now I see why you had a cancellation in lake Mary and tried to force me to take your appointment.

Needed a mechanic to fix my starter. My Honda Accord would not start and shop quoted 800. Father and Son came out next day on Sunday and everything was 550. Excellent and professional service in person and with their call schedulers. I will use again and recommend to use them as well.
