I love this nail salon. I was looking for someone who could do hard gel nails. Here they do that and much more. Amazing work ethic and super nice and welcoming! Definitely recommend it to all!
Cleanliness: They are very clean, and they use clean products and sanitize everything.

I am so upset as I left my $20 new Yeti cup here accidentally. I called the next day and was very excited that they still have it. The lady promised to hold it for me until the evening. I drove 45 min to pick it up. She "said" someone stole it because she never put it behind the desk for me. She said she would safely keep it until I got there. They just left it out for anyone to pick up. So they say...... Anyway, they not only lost me as a client but two other regulars over a $20 cup! They also did not offer to replace it or compensate for their promise at all. Their loss is greater than mine! Also, I have no idea who the owner is and no one claims this business here either.

Had a pedicure and it was a great experience and at a very affordable price. My feet had a lot of cracked and dead skin which they removed and left my heals smooth. Also, my calves were very dry with dead skin which they removed and moisturized. Overall, it was wonderful experience and I highly recommend them for pedicures and toe nail cutting.Services: Pedicure

I have mixed feelings; I've been coming for years and appreciate the personal welcome. I recently started getting pedicures instead of manicures, as I'm try to rebuild my nails, they had gotten weak and brittle over time. Im not a fan of filing the nail top, but it's what they do. I had gone from acrylic with fill, to gel, to now just a pedicure and polish. I love love love the hot stone pedicure! In the past I had experiences that I wasn't a fan of, but now with Tina managing, and new girls providing my pedicures, my experience has consistently been a pleasure. The big drawback for me is not the business, but I have moved, and it's not convenient to where I currently live. But I will continue to recommend Family Nails to those looking for a local Longwood salon.

I made an 1130a pedicure appointment with my sister, we arrived on time and were seated. Someone started my sister immediately…45 min later I decided not to proceed. I’d have been waiting 15-20min but letting me sit there for 45min was unacceptable and unprofessional. Oh, and two people with appointments after me were started immediately. Ive been here 3 times, but no more, they try to squeeze people into a full schedule and just don’t respect your time. If they were full, they should have just told me so when making the appointment.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I was charged $75 dollars for a jacked up full set. I’ve never paid that much , not for a great looking set at another salon. Got my nails long and my nails have a lump. I only went here cause my usual salon was closed for a week and I will not come back. They don’t take time to do your nails after seeing other people walk in. If you’re going to charge that much at least do a good job.. I brought other people with me too and we all walked out disappointed. Take your money somewhere better please.
