I would not suggest purchasing a vehicle here. We needed a reliable second vehicle for my family and it’s been nothing but problems since we purchased it. We are now having to look at getting rid of the vehicle we purchased just a few months ago because it’s not driveable. The owner is nice but the car is trash. This is not a fake review. Ford escape 2015 purchased by Mr. Hedrick.

I seldom write reviews but I have to write one for Skip! First, Skip is very personable and never treated me like I couldn’t afford the vehicle. He advised me of all the minor imperfections of the vehicle. I advised him the vehicle would be a gift for my nephew who’s going off to college in the fall. I needed a dependable vehicle to get him thru the next 3 years. He doesn’t charge dealers fees which was a godsend. Every other dealer I went to was adding at $750-$1200 in dealer fees. Family auto is a hidden gem with very decent vehicles. My nephew will be driving a nice 2016 Lincoln MKT town cars. It was the perfect cash car in the price range I was looking for. I would definitely recommend family auto to any of my friends and family!

I have never had such an easy experience buying a car. I have purchased new and used vehicles over the years and we were in and out in under 3 hours I believe. No hard selling just narrowed down what we needed from the selection and started the process. Van runs great with lots of room for the family.
