From beginning to end our experience with Discount Carpet was excellent. Terry was the perfect salesman guiding us to just the right product. Pio and his installation team were first class: they were courteous, efficient, skilled, and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. They even fixed some squeaks in our floors that had been bothering us since the house was built. Last but not least, the price was RIGHT! We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience than what we got from Discount Carpet. I highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to use them again when we need more carpeting!

Had such a great experience working with Terry and his team at Discount Carpet & Tile for our new carpet replacement. With Terry's vast knowledge and expertise in carpet installation, he helped us pick exactly the right carpet material we were looking for and the team that did the installation was also very professional. Would definitely recommend Discount Carpet & Tile to anyone looking for new flooring!

Initial visit at the showroom was helpful and offered a great selection. Donnie was great in offering some sound advise.

I don't know where to start with countless accolades I have to share concerning Discount Carpet & Tile.
To start, the company is family-owned and the staff is professional, helpful and friendly.
They have a very large selection of carpeting, tile and other flooring that is top quality.
As this was a major decision for me, I took the time to contact other carpeting stores to check out their stock as well as prices. There was no comparison to my visits with Discount Carpet & Tile.
I can understand how they have earned a five star rating. They certainly have earned it from your first visit and discussion with the staff, from the quality of their products, to the installation in your home.
Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

Wonderful owners, service and company from the entire Team at Discount Carpet & Tile in Longwood….. the entire Team was very nice and very professional…..truly an excellent experience from start to finish and installation Team started right on time and worked so hard everyday to get everything done ahead of schedule!!! Ordered beautiful high quality Mohawk hardwood (color is tobacco birch) to replace carpet in bedrooms and office….I’m SO happy with how everything turned out!!! Thank you so much, Donnie, Terry, Raymond, Mateo and Rodrigo!! Highly recommend!!!

Discount Carpet & Tile in Longwood is AMAZING!! They were recommended to me by a neighbor who used their services and was very satisfied! The owner, Terry, and his brother, Donnie, were very kind and very professional both on the phone when I first called and again when I went in person to discuss replacing my carpet with hard wood in 4 rooms....they had excellent quality products available at their showroom and very fair prices.....I requested an estimate, they charge $35 and then take it off if you decide to go with their business....that was a very fair request and totally worth it considering I got quotes from other companies for the same project, but with lower quality products and at much higher prices. They ordered the Mohawk hardwood floors I requested on December 19th....and installation started on Monday, January 2nd and the work was completed by Raymond and his Team, Mateo and Rodrigo, who were absolutely amazing by 4pm Wednesday, January 4, 2023.....They were very kind and so professional also and on time all (3) days, worked so hard to finish the job earlier than expected!! I'm so happy the floors turned out beautifully!! HIGHLY recommend this wonderful company and their entire team for all of your flooring needs!!!

I work with this company through my employer, but since I'm always the point of contact, I know they're the real deal. They have tons of selection, up front pricing, and the work their crew does is great. Terry and Donnie are quick to respond and know their business well. My employer can be a little picky, but never questions hiring Discount Carpet.

Great experience from start to finish. We had a big, 2 day project, re-flooring of more than 1600sqft, stairs included. The work turned out great, the team did a great job - not a single thing I can complain about. They moved all the furniture, kept everything clean, helped with some stuff they were not really required to, and really worked hard during those two days. And the first thing they did after they were done - calling the boss, making sure I'm happy with the results. If you're looking for a carpet / hard floor install, you can stop searching and just use those guys. Highly recommended.

Super friendly and great prices on flooring. Guys helped me pick out and load some carpet up to take home. Plenty of selection too. They also sell remnants at a great price.
