GREAT customer service! I placed my order & received a proof in less than 24 hrs! We asked for a quick turnaround and they went above and beyond to make sure we had our signs when we needed them by! A resounding 10/10 recommendation! Thank you immensely for the impeccable service!

Placed my order,was told 2 week turn around, a Month later still getting the runaround, informed them I don't want anymore, they Initiated a return and I still haven't received a refund and very poor communication, my experience when you get ignored, you got scammed! Cheaper is not always better!

I had an emergency order for a few T-shirts to be digitally printed and needed them in less than a week. They were so amazing and were able to squeeze me in. They did such an amazing job, were very clear and upfront about everything! I had a few dark color shirts which they informed me that it may not work in advance. I told them to try anyway, but unfortunately it did not work. They issued a refund for the shirts that could not be completed, I did not even have to ask. Absolutely no surprises through my whole experience and met the deadline I had. They are incredibly nice, reasonable and will 100% work with them again. I could not possibly be happier with the service and product.

Recently placed a large order of 220 high school graduate signs and happy with the results! Our parents are very satisfied with these personalized, double-sided signs too. Great professional communication with staff. They have consistently handled my phone calls, emails questions and production of our signs in a timely manner. Local pickup was easy too. DGP is a pleasure to work with! We look forward to having them produce our next order. Highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I placed an order for 500 signs for my business on December 11th. I usually order through another company and my assistant was confused and accidentally ordered through this company. And OMG this has been a revenue losing fiasco. The signs weren't ready for shipment until December 23rd. 12 days after I placed the order and I asked them WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER ON THE 11th, to use Fedex and they told me that they couldn't because they 'don't have an account with Fedex" So why not go to Fedex and drop them off? I run a business and you CAN ship through a different carrier. So their excuse was either just laziness or lack of caring. It is now the 28th and UPS is telling me that I will not get my signs until January 4th, 2021. I don't use UPS because they are so slow and when I asked the company if they could ship using Fedex they said they could not. My business equipment comes through Fedex (even through the holidays, they are running on time, next day arrivals). I will never ever order through this company. I usually order through cheapyardsigns.com and they always get my signs here within 9-10 days and cheaper than this company. the owner of Digital Graphics had his receptionist call me, rather than do it himself, to apologize and offer me a 10% discount on my next order. It was a large order of 500 signs and I paid 1,000 dollars and the man can't call me himself to apologize? This delay has cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue. DO NOT do business with this company! I am right now dealing with UPS to get my signs here to Texas. I am probably going to have to drive to Dallas from Houston to pick up my signs. NOT GOOD!

Digital Graphics Plus is top-notch. We own a printing company in Edgewater, Hendricks Printing Co, and we count on Digital Graphics Plus as our source for yard signs, car magnets, and other printed materials that we are not able to do in-house. We used another company in the past but were never completely satisfied with them. We are so happy to have a local company to use that blows the old company out of the water on quality & customer service.
