Crash champions was hands down the best part of my accident. The team was so professional and EXTREMELY NICE!! I’ve never found ANY body/ repair shop to be so considerate and helpful. My insurance ended up totaling my car so sadly I did not get to use them, but while I was in the office one customer was leaving and raved about how fast and well his car was repaired. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know, and if I EVER need to use a body shop again I would 100% go to this one. Thank you Jennifer, Grant, and everyone else who helped me at the Baywood location. You guys are the best!!!!

The staff was polite and friendly, they provided regular updates on the progress of my repairs and they completed the job in the estimated time. Now the car looks as good as new.

Exceptional service at Crash Champions Collision Repair! They made my (unfortunately) total loss claim process for my Tesla Model 3 incredibly smooth and efficient. The team was professional, communicative, and took care of everything with remarkable speed. Highly recommend for a stress-free experience!

Use this review as precaution. Review the shop your insurance prefers to use for repairing your car, their mechanics, and if there are any successful reviews from similar cars they've repaired.
In summary; Repairs took much longer than quoted (not a big deal). Once I picked up my car, I drove it sub 2k miles and started noticing an issue directly to their "repair".
After calling them to see what they can do about this since I have a "certification of lifetime warranty" on this repair, the manager's first response to me asking what can they do? "Not much!".
Customer service is abysmal and dismissive. The manager refused to tow my car for an inspection unless I pay for it. They immediately blamed their insurance partner (Geico), then proceeded with "user error". If an employee's first response to an issue is dismissing it and blaming everyone else prior to asking questions, know you won't respectfully get anywhere.
This location is the quintessential shady shop. however, this won't be the case for everyone, again do your research because this shop might be your favorite...or in my case, a nightmare in which I'll have to debate if I'll want to bring it back to them for more mistreatment or take my own advice and go somewhere that I know will properly fix my car and would want to ensure their customer is confident in the work being done.

I want to thank Crash Champions,for being helpful and polite they really show that they care about their customers,I definitely want to thank Vincent Goodwin great customer service he explained things to me about my car and how they will take care of making sure the repair job is done right and most importantly look great when I picked up my car i could not believe how great it looked excellent job you couldn't even tell it was in a fender bender great work excellent job ,Crash Champions you are the best Collision place around ?

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. They kept my Audi for over 6 weeks and left my car with engine lights on that I had to deal with correcting on my own . The hood/front of the grill was left uneven I would never recommend this place to anyone.

These guys did a great job on my Range Rover convertible and went above and beyond for service. Friendly staff, fair pricing, also very courteous when it came to working around my schedule. Highly recommend!
