Jae and Ark Auto are the best. I took my Kia Soul to Ark after another shop in Longwood claimed that I needed a new AC compressor but was acting shady so another set of eyes were needed. Ark asked questions as to why I felt like the compressor was needed and took the car in, did his tests to make sure this was actually needed - and it wasn't. He explained doing tests, no leaks needed in the compressor and all I needed was a recharge. He took the time to explain things and did a great job. We dropped off the car in the morning and by lunch it was finished. Going forward I will trust Ark with all my needs and recommend them for your service. Thank you so much!

This was my first but will definitely not be my last time using Ark. I decided to call Ark after reading the many positive reviews. Jay quickly diagnosed my problem and was able to fix it for a fraction of what other shops were quoting.

I went in bc no one I went to could seem to find the problem to my car. I drive a 330i BMW and my chassis stabilization notification kept coming on. And every where I took it they told me something different, but it never solved my problem and a friend told me about Jay and I took my car to him and showed him the codes and he popped my hood and went right to the problem. And I haven’t had any problems since. I tell you he’s no shade tree mechanic he’s the real deal . So if you’re having problems go and see him . I’m sure he can be a helping hand ! I highly recommend Ark Auto Solutions he’s very knowledgeable and very good at what he does he has gained another customer for life!

Jae was amazing!! He has a lot of knowledge and fixed the problem my car was having, he also fixed another problem that I didnt even know I had!! Hes super friendly and has great customer service! Deff would refer anyone with car problems to him!

Here is our hidden champ, Ark Auto Solutions! Jay has been taking care of my beloved but a bit oldie Toyota Corolla. Jay did change its brake pads, alternator, etc. and always gave me lots of advice on how to take care of it over the phone, even when I lived in another state (I lived in a super-duper cold part of the northern state).
A few days ago, Jay did its car inspection and price inquiry, and guess what? It's almost 3 times (2.62 times precisely) cheaper than other auto repair shops. Don’t get me wrong, it does not mean he used cheaper parts/materials for cars; he tells you exactly what your car needs (plus his labor charges relatively cheap in my opinion. As a customer, I will say reasonable priced).
Closing remarks? Go the place and find Jay, and just follow what he does. It will make your car another 10 more years alive. Cheers!

I met Jae after Dave griffin retired, Jae is SUPER friendly and EXCELLENT & HONEST! He worked on all my cars (3) and he always pride in his work and always willing to go above and beyond even when it was out of his way. This place is professional and honest, I loved the service. I highly recommend this place.

3 weeks ago my mom’s air went out in her car on the way out of town. It was a definite bummer with the record heat wave of 96 degrees and in a car with only 25K miles. Unfortunately the Malibu warranty ended because my mom has had the car over 36 months. I called many repair shops and read review after review. After reading all the positive reviews and having several detailed messages between Jae and myself we decided to take her car to Ark Auto Solutions.
Hands down this was the best decision we made and from now on all of our family and friends vehicles will be repaired only by Jae at Ark Auto Solutions. Jae is highly knowledgeable and explained each step needed to repair her car. He broke down the cost of parts and how many hours of labor it should take for our estimate. Jae has good prices, he is honest and he communicates better than any mechanic I have ever worked with. He has earned a client for life and I would recommend Ark Auto Solutions to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic with great prices.

Great shop to take your car. I trusted these guys after moving here out of state and I'm so glad I took my car here. They are Quick and reliable. they communicate about the services so I am aware of what is being done and the condition of my vehicle. I found this shop after recently moving, not knowing where to go and I am so glad I came here. Jae and Ed are welcoming and very friendly. They were communicative about the services I needed so I knew what to expect. Convenient and quick service. It feels good to trust the place I go to drop off my car.
