Unfriendly staff compounds an issue of either incompetence or dishonesty as they shorted my prescription by 5 pills. Has happened before. Moving to publix.

I waited in line for 20min with it barely moving to pick up a script for my sick child and when I finally made it up to the front of the line they put a sign up saying they were closed, maybe they should have moved a little faster when they saw a line before their lunch break or maybe they should hire extra help. Awful customer service.

I am a CVS Care Pass holder. For 2 months now, I have placed orders online, and when I get to the store, I am told a different story. My monthly $10 reward was affected.
Today, I went in to pick up an order I placed last night. I used my $10 reward and other CVS discounts. I inconuntered a rude, unprofessional, heavy set female named "sonia." She says she doesn't see my order and immediately says there is nothing she can do as it is not in her control. I start logging into the app to pull up proof. and she said it didn't matter what I saw online that her system shows different. Basically, it refuses to assist me. Then threatened to cancel my order. I told her not to as I was trying to figure out what the issue was since she immediately refused to be accountable. Then she proceeds to ARGUE w/ me. She canecelled my order saying my $10 reward would still be available, although I told her today is my due date, hence me ordering yesterday. After cancelling my order, she attempted another ring up, and sure enough, my reward didn't come up.
The last month I ordered online, the man at the store states the item is not available. (Although online, it was available, w/in the 10 minutes I tried to pick it up). Because my purchase didn't cost enough, I lost what was remaining of my reward. Meanwhile, CVS charged my payment on file for both months' subscriptions. I dislike my experience and will be following up w/ corporate for a FULL refund of BOTH months. Because it was not my fault, your system shows one thing to the customers and something different to the employees. Yesterdays order included a BOGO deal online that was not honoured when I went to pick it up. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
I checked my account to find CVS has gotten away with charging me the monthly fees without allowing me to use my reward "due to issues " several months in the past. I paid a total of $30 to these crooks and the will only credit me for February and March although I have proof of their discrepancies. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS CAREMARK. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!

DONOT buy Amazon Gift Cards at this location. We bought 2 $50 cards for gifts and neither of them were activated. This has never happened in any other store I’ve bought gift cards from.

Hands down one of the most incompetent Pharmacy crews in the world. They lie to your face, charge you when there shouldn't be any charges and give the wrong prescriptions, dose amounts or Yelling your personal info across the pharmacy for everyonein line behind you to hear .... Stay away !!!!!

We finally switched prescription locations because this pharmacist and their staff and rude, lazy and cannot be trusted to do their job. I needed my pain meds after my procedure and the lady simply did not tell my husband it was out of stock, letting him come all the way home with only 1 medication. When I went back up I asked for it, thinking the just missed it, which is common. When she finally looked me up, “oh it’s out of stock, we can’t fill it.” I had my clinician moved it to Publix and it was filled in 30 minutes. Of course, now that it’s back in stock 5 days later, they are hounding me to pick it up. Seems they are as unorganized as they are uncaring, CVS should audit them.

I don't think I have ever had a good experience with this pharmacy. Today I am waiting for medication for a burn. It's already infected. The prescription was called in yesterday and I was told today that I could get it by March 19th. Today is the 5th. I should be in sepsis by the time they get their act together. I wonder how many lives are lost. Waiting for CVS to get medication to their patients. They could call other resources instead of just passing it off. And they are rude on top of it.

The worst pharmacy every time my scripts are not ready even if I wait a day to pick up they are always behind and rarely get a text if they are ready one time I came after I left the dr office and they said I couldn’t pick up my rx for another month and I had to make them look at the last time I actually filled it and it was over a month ago and then they filled it after making a mistake mind u if someone did pick it up that wasn’t myself it is a controlled substance and huge mistake on their part I had surgery yesterday dr gave me stuff to make it through yesterday and husband when to get my rx 24hrs later one bottle of pain pills is not ready yet like how crazy now he’s waiting 20 minutes for them to rush it while I’m home in bed in pain but the cvs can’t seem to get it together if my insurance covered another pharmacy I would be gone highly considering after so many incidents switching to another location even if it means a bit of a drive

Had my prescription sent on 2/8 and went to pick it up on 2/16 knowing they’d have to order it in. Came in and they all looked frantic, saying she has to leave in 30min, she was visibly stressed and said they don’t have it ready so instead of calling they just were going to forget about it and let it go. Definitely don’t use this pharmacy they’re just a hot mess.

Pharmacy is horrible. They don’t care about their patients at all. Every time you call your places on hold or they pick up the line and say nothing. Who is managing them because they are failing miserably. People are sick and can’t get compassion from the people who supply the medicine is crazy. So my husband and I have reported them to the news channel and the better business bureau. I encourage everyone else who have had this experience with them to do the same

Pharmacy is literally the worst I’ve ever been too. They never have prescriptions. They don’t bother trying to help. Everything is always backed up. If you need your meds asap don’t bother sending it to this one. Do better cvs. Smh.
