I have been coming here for many years. I have even sent business their way. However, I brought two watches in, when I picked it up they said one could be repaired but not the other. Said no problem paid put the repaired watch on my arm to wear home. Noticed the time was off by an hour tried to change it. It wouldn't change so I gave them back the watch and one of the long haired ladies said I would be refunded if it could not be repaired. However, now they're stating I never paid for the 1st repair and they would not refund my money. Owner stated that they never repaired it to begin with. It does not make sense to give them back a watch that was just not repairable, if it couldn't be repaired the first time. We discussed many times, but for some reason she refused that I paid for it. Why would I give an unrepairable watch back to them for a repair? That just doesn't make sense, does it? Been going there for years but I'm done.

This place is always on point when it comes to battery replacement and watch repair. I don't go anywhere else. Their customer service is great! The minute you walk in, you're greeted with a hello. Can I help you and smile. ? What's better than that! They fixed my watches while I waited. Life is good! ? Go check them out, 5 Star service all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great staff! Came in for a few watch batteries, a watch repair and asked if they could clean an old Invicta watch too. They did and didn't charge me. I have the lady a $10 tip for being so sweet. They also have car key batteries too. The watch is fixed and fits perfectly. Thank you very much!

Only had my watch battery changed, the line was out the door but when my turn was up, I blinked and My watch battery was changed. And only 2 bucks!

I found out about this place from a church member of mine. I immediately went that following Saturday....I have about 15 watches and all of them needed batteries.. you're allowed to have 5 watches done at a time...and the rest I left to pick up a few days later...and this is the amazing part ...for just battery it's 1.99?.. yes..I was sold...and they make repairs, clean up the watch of course that's additional, but not much.Customer service was 5 ✨ star. I would recommend to anyone...I already told my family and friends

Culpeppers is the place to go in Longwood to quickly and cheaply get a new watch battery. Plus they are friendly. I highly recommend them.

I came here to get a watch battery replaced. $2 + tax and they do it while you wait (like 30 seconds - I'm not kidding!). I was so impressed!! I had taken a different watch to a jewelry store in Winter Park to get the battery replaced and they said it would be $15 and it would take an hour. What?! From now on, this is the only place where I will be bringing my watches!

They are always so nice, I love the way they do business. I love that it's a small business and they know most people who walk in regularly. Just moved to the area and needed a Watch battery replaced. Was ecstatic when I found Culpepper's. They were helpful and quick. I have since had jewelry repaired there and was very happy. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
