My boyfriend and I dropped in while traveling. This gym is super clean, has great vibes and the coach that was there when we were was super friendly and helpful. Overall great gym!

The coaches are awesome and really take the time to make sure you are performing the lifts properly. They push you hard but make sure you aren't at risk of getting injured! I highly recommend Crossfit PSP!!!

If you want your athlete to get BEST... you have to go see Alex Lopez at PSP! Many amazing transformations... releasing the BEaST in athletes! My sons have been going there for a long time and the gains are just jaw dropping! Without Alex, they would be just good... and good is not BEST! Thanks Alex!! Go Noles!!
Coach Alex also supported our Longwood Chargers by arranging a special price to allow our teams to get better, faster and in shape during the off season! Amazing work!
