Truck 297 just cut off 3 lanes of traffic and later almost hit 3 cars because they were texting. It shows how trustworthy they are. Never use this company because it seems they don't care about safety or quality tow drivers.

When the unexpected accident and totaling of your vehicle occurs, it's great to have a friendly and very helpful presence upon entering this very unassuming little office. Loredanna provided critical info about the need to contact my insurance company regarding their handling of the claim. She then kindly walked me through the process of releasing the vehicle and completing the paperwork. Christian was kind in assisting with removing the license plate. If you happen to experience the unfortunate with your vehicle and see that it's been towed to Cortes, rest easy that they will take care of you during the stressful time

Never had service from here but your driver who was driving truck 88 on July 23rd at 3:36 almost rear ended my aunt at a red light. If we wouldn’t of scooted up to someone else’s bumper he would of hit us. Teach your drivers how to stop farther back since they can’t stop on a dime.

Cortes Towing was the Rotational Towing at the time of my accident on I4. FHP dispatched them. They have been helpful and cooperative while going thru the insurance claims and investigations. Easy to get to but parking is minimal/odd.

Called on the phone regarding a piece of historic light pole base that was impaled into a car from an accident. They were helpful in trying to located the 2 inch by 3 inch piece so we could repair the base. Very kind and professional.
