So this is my second time coming in this store. The first time I was stared down with the red head and glass lady in the cashier. Than today around 4:45 I walked in to the atm to take some cash I needed and had to grab a few things and once again the Karen red head with the glasses old lady was watching me the whole time while I was taking out Money. Mean while she has 2 people online and I could see her staring me down. Once I finish taking out my money I see them all staring at me I know for a fact she was saying something about me. They was all staring me down.Next time I will record her. That's so inappropriate. As I proceeded and didn't even go on and shop for what I need I ended up going to wall-greens. Karen shouldn't be stereotyping a Latin person.

I could give 0 or negative if I could. Rude employees at pharmacy. Dont bring your business here there is a Walgreens right across the street that provides better service.

My rating is given based on coming to this locations multiple times for vaccines for myself and the family. I use the app for scheduling. We always arrive 15 minutes early and are always seen on time. Ive never had a bad experience with the pharmacy employees. Regarding the store itself, it's pretty clean and organized and I find what I need.

I am disappointed in this cvs as they fail to provide my prescription FOUR days after my surgery. I am in vigorous pain and they won't transfer my prescription elsewhere because it happens to be a narcotic. This is sick and painful

I'm surprised they even have 2 stars. I was notified to pick up a prescription and when picking it up, was told to come back after a certain date because my insurance wouldn't cover it until after that date. I come back after the date they told me and they tell me it's not available because now my insurance is denying it and I would need a new prescription. This is just a week apart from each other. Conflicting information given. It is a Friday night and the insurance company basically tells me nothing can be done until Monday when I can get it filled at a different pharmacy. So I won't be able to get my inhaler over the weekend. Had CVS given me accurate information the first time, I could've called me insurance company sooner a week ago. Their lines (drive-up and inside) is also ridiculously long so be prepared to wait.

I don't think I've ever been subjected to a slower cvs drive through in my life. How hard is it to say, "hello, picking up?, first and last name?, DOB?" And then proceed to gather the medications you need and be on your marry way. If there is a line of two cars in the drive-thru, you better prepare yourself to wait at least 20 minutes. And if you think you can beat the line on the outside, think again. There's always a line of people going through half the store trying to get their meds as well. Definitely going to switch my cvs to the one over on Montgomery. Ridiculous. Staff more people and get your things together.

The female Pharmacy Tech there is so rude and unprofessional. You obviously weren't trained properly and/or was too lazy to do your job correctly. If you don't like dealing with customers in a professional manner or basically do the job you supposedly are qualified for, then find one that'll suit you more. This is an average cvs location. I get my rx's here, and I like that they have a drive thru so I can just zip in on my way home from somewhere. Customer service here is adequate, nothing special but I haven't encountered a rude employee here either so it's perfectly fine. They have some good sales every week, and milk is usually cheaper here than anywhere else which is kind of a big deal. The parking lot can be hazardous since they are located next to a wawa and people zoom in and out, so be careful.
