It is so refreshing to see what I consider an old fashioned level of excellent service. Especially in an industry involving your car. I was not their easiest customer to deal with on a few levels and logistically. Never once did they show it to me. Maribel was the person I dealt with the most. She instilled trust from the beginning. John was excellent. They are very transparent and do their best. If you need your windshield replaced, I could not recommend this business any more strongly. Definitely my best experience this year, and completely unexpected. My windshield is as if nothing ever happened to it.”

Brought another vehicle back to Winter Park Tint! Another fantastic job and the customer service was phenomenal. As long as this location, specifically this team is providing world-class tint services I won’t need to bring any future vehicles anywhere else.
Vehicle: 2021 Lexus ES 350 w/ Sunroof
Winter Park Tint was very communicative via email and phone when I was trying to find a new shop to correct the horrid experience I had at another shop. Transparency was key and I showed them the previous shops work and I was assured it would be fixed. In the office there are demos for each product, ultimately I went with the FormulaOne Pinnacle tint 15% all around including sunroof (excluding windshield).
The installation was flawless (no bubbling especially on the back window with defrosters) except for the back passenger window due to a scratch during installation. This was quickly remedied after I scheduled an appointment (30 min to get it fixed).
Overall I am highly impressed and appreciate finding a shop that takes pride in the work they do. I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

“Shawn is the man. He installed amber lights that I supplied, on my GMC Sierra’s grille and they came out looking awesome. Despite me not having the correct mounts/brackets, Shawn improvised and made it happen. Clean wire work too. At first, I thought they were too bright but now I’ve gotten used to them and I now like them a lot.Shawn is very honest and easy to work with. I will definitely be back to get more work done.Respect his time, let him know you’ll be cancelling ahead of time, instead of just not showing up. Bless him and he’ll bless you. All I kept hearing from the back of the store was complaining and not wanting to do anything the manager asked. “I had a leak that that was causing water to pooling in the side wall of my pci-up. Looked at a couple of reasons for the source of the leak and finally determined it was the windshield and the deteriorated molding. Went to my first recommendation and they refused to do the work due to inadequate equipment. Went to Ideal and they finished the job in under an hour and not only could they do the work....they were able to remove the caulking substance the previous owner had used to supplement the deteriorating molding. Very happy”

“My adjuster, Nick, was phenomenal! My car looks good as new and he was very communicative through the entire process. When I dropped off the vehicle, Nick told me he would call me every Tuesday and Thursday with an update and he did exactly that. There was a slight delay due to waiting for one part, but he made sure to communicate that with me so I was aware. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and kind. One went above and beyond by contacting me to let me know I dropped an earpod so I could come back and get it! Incredible customer service all around!”
