Norma- the sales associate was excellent. I asked her to itemize all costs associated with the car I desired. She responded promptly. I called 4 others. I got the run around. Incomplete info. I drove 1 hr and 20 minutes and gave her the sale. Pleasant personality and easy to work with. 5 stars
