Drove over to pick up an online order. Pick up was easy. I like the Big Lots online ordering system, 15% off for new users. Store staff were very helpful in loading my car.

Great deal on a big pool. Coupon on site was a help! Everything for the pool was all together. Good customer service. They helped with loading the car.

Didn't go into Big Lots but went in the Family Dollar and went into the Save-A-Lot black boots in stores they're very clean water parking so I would recommend either place and the next time I go I'll go in the Big Lots and see what it looks like thank you

I had recently been approved for a new home & I wanted to furnish it asap. Susie from Furniture was super helpful, and went up and beyond to make sure I got everything in time and at a great price. Unfortunately the bed frame I ordered for my son did not work out because it was extremely hard to build and I was not satisfied with it. Susie made the return super easy, refunded me & help me pick out a better bed frame & other furniture suggestions for my son’s room to take home same day. Susie, thank you for your patience and understanding. It’s rare to come across good and helpful people like you these days. I really appreciate you so much. This type of customer service is the reason I look forward to shopping at this location. Highly recommend this store. :)

I love this place. The customer service was awesome. It was nice spacious and clean cashier was very pleasant and give her five stars. all across the board. Patrice is her name. I think I’m wrong on the day I went. I could not say anything more than she is very awesome pleasant attitude, friendly, it’s places like that with people with nice positive attitude would make me come back and shop

Shop at this store a lot. My only wish is the company took care people more. When I was there the cashier and also helping customers and people kept being rude to her with no help in sight
