Customer Service is out of the park every time!!! Pricing is always great and even if it was a little more I would probably go here! This most recent visit Jay helped me order two large batteries, got one transferred over and helped me install them. The last time Rick helped me change a battery in the rain. The team is always happy which says a lot about how it’s run! Thank you all for always being positive and so helpful! I always come back even though it’s not the closest location for me!! 5 Stars!!!”
“Elijah and Jordon saved my day! My battery died, my regular mechanic was backed up, and my AC went out all in the same 24 hours. Went to O’Reilly’s to have them replace the battery. Figured once it was in, the AC would kick on again. It didn’t, I went back and Elijah and Jordon answered all of my questions and went to look and see if it was a fuse. Elijah confirmed it was actually the alternator belt that broke off (I drive way too much) from being cracked in many places. Luckily they had it in stock and Elijah and Jordon were kind enough to put the new belt in for me, which is not part of their normal job. The store was about to close and they took the time to help me get what I needed so I could have AC again without also screwing up my new battery since my alternator was totally non-functional! Grateful they had the time and the experience to help me, I’m a customer for life now thanks to those two gentleman!”
“Just got back from O’Reillys. Absolutely amazing experience. I worked with Robin to help get a securing bolt for my battery installed. Within minutes he had my issue fixed. Very funny, professional, great guy! I highly recommend this O’Reilly’s, they have an amazing team.”
“Came in around 5pm on 11/10/2025 the men were very helpful especially the hefty guy didn’t get his name but he was Hispanic and the young African American guy the cashier as well who was Caucasian all went above and beyond to help me with my bumper I was involved in a car accident and they helped my car look and be more drivable until it goes into the shop, thank you guys SOOO MUCH!”
“Raul was the best! By far one of the best experiences I've had when dealing with any car issue. I walked in and he greeted me with a smile and quickly took care of me and even changed out my car battery for me. He was so attentive and gracious in assisting me. Tim was also there and willing to assist as well. Raul handled what I needed but both gentlemen were so kind and had such great attitudes. Thank you, Raul and Tim.”
“Excellent experience. I have never been to this store but Drey went out of his way to remove corrosion from my mother's car battery. We weren't expecting it to be in such bad shape but he worked on it for 30 minutes in Florida heat. He is a great addition to your company . Please give him some recognition and you now have a new customer. Thank you again.”
“I don't know if Icwould recommend regular batteries because I buy the cheap multipacks of generic batteries. But as far as CAR batteries, I think they have very good prices over all of the other auto parts retailers and a better inventory than Wal-Mart, which is usually sold out of the size I need for my cars. I needed a replacement for one I purchased just over 2 years ago. The warranty was 3 years,so they gsve me a brand new battery with no hassle.”
“Quick service and (hopefully)!good used batteries at 1/4 the price of a new one. I will update the review in a few months to report on the longevity of the used battery.”

“O'Reilly is my typical 'go to' place for parts. They usually have whatever it is that I need. On this visit, just as every other parts store in town, they didn't have what I needed. The store was neat and tidy and the staff was helpful. They even offered a possible solution to my issue. If you register with the store, and if you have served in/ serving in thy military, they do give military discounts.”
“Stopped in today to get a couple of batteries for my key fobs for the car. And Jordan bent over backwards to help me. I didn't even know how to open the fob and my husband and I both have looked at it extensively. And he popped it right open and explained the steps. He made it look so easy. It's great to finally have good customer service at a store again. After covid it seems like the world's turned upside down and a lot of times they act like you should be happy they're there to serve you. That was definitely not the case today. Way to go Jordan thank you thank you thank you, one happy customer. I told him I would give him 10 Stars if I could because I got that good of service.”

I had a battery I thought was bad and I wanted a refurbished one but they were out of stock so they took my battery and charged it and checked it for no charge!

“I stopped by this place because I happened to see a sign out front stating they replace key fob batteries. I have a four year old Toyota and ended up getting the lifetime replacement battery for 23 bucks. The manager was very helpful and friendly and it took just a couple minutes to get it completed. Highly recommend.”
