Emmanuel Rivera did a great job changing my car battery. He even refilled my steering wheel fluid and checked my starter and alternator to make sure they were good. He was kind and showed great customer service skills.

Emmanuel, helped me when I was having a battery issue. He did a check of my battery and showed me how the battery was no longer any good. He got me a new battery and replaced it right away. I was back on the road in record time. And I was able to make it to my appointment with plenty of time to spare, thanks to Emmanual expertise and professional. It was a pleasure to speak with him and provide awesome customer service. Thank you Emmanuel!!! Keep up the GREAT work!!!

Stanley was so amazing. I came in during lunch hour and he was leaving for lunch, but stayed to help me. He was so professional and informative . Autozone needs more people like him ❤️

My car needed a new battery, and to put it bluntly I don’t know the first thing about a car other than how to drive one but the customer service representative-Emmanuel Rivera Oliveras was there to save the day! He helped me identify which battery was the correct one for my vehicle and he even installed it! I couldn’t be more grateful, I really appreciate him! Thank you!

I’ve always loved this Autozone but Stanley is the best for real. He was super patient and educated us on stuff about batteries. He happily replaced the old battery with the new one. We are super grateful for him! Everything went quickly and smooth! Thanks again Stanley!

Had an amazing experience here! Went to a different auto chain right around the corner and was given lots of excuses as to why they couldn’t help replace my battery. I went to this Autozone and Stanley helped me with a smile! He was courteous, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Didn’t even hesitate to help me in the heat that day. All of the staff members were also super friendly- place was well staffed and I could see them communicating well. Thank you guys!!

I usually always buy my air and cabin filters, batteries and whatever else I need from an auto zone thru the years. I’ve been here a few times in the last few weeks and the last time(forever) was the worst. They’re pretty rude and I’m pretty patient. First time ever no one would install the filers and windshield wipers. I probably will be just going across the street to the other ones from now on as one of them helped me out when I didn’t even buy the filters from them.

We were there on 3/13 and were VERY impressed with the personal assistance given by Stan and Sergio. GREAT customer service. It really does make a big difference. The store itself is well-stocked, clean and spacious. This location is our 'go to' store. Highly recommended.
