Best in caring, knowledgeable, and how they treat their clients like family. They are the best vet team.

We are is happy to be working with Dr. Farrell again. He is worth the hour drive to see; it’s hard to find a vet you trust and we certainly trust Dr. Farrell with our fur-babies. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable as well and kind. Ashleigh made sure we had all the information we needed from our visit. There was not a wait at all with our appt. Scheduling was a breeze. I highly, highly recommend this vet office.

I’ve been taking my cat to Dr. T for as long as I can remember. The team at Wekiva does an amazing job and my Pixie is always in good hands. Will always go back! ?

How to lose business 101:
1) Refuse to provide a copy of pet's prescription so that I can't get medicine anywhere else.
2) Not carry the prescription needed.
Avoid this place.

Been going to Animal Clinic of Wekiva for 2 years. Took our furry child when he was a puppy. Love Dr. Kyle and the staff!!! Very kind, compassionate and small independent clinic.
I highly reccommend!!!!

We arrive an hour before close with our cat that needed some basic care on an infected wound and we were turned away because the vet was just about to leave and needed to catch a flight. My advice, plan your flight for after you’re actually scheduled to be closed or have someone on duty that can step in. It’s not surgery.

You did euthanasia for my cat Princess, my best friend, yesterday. I am deeply devastated and absolutely heartbroken. My cat suffered, in both physical pain and immense emotional distress, this was the worst euthanasia experience I have ever heard of. It felt inhumane, and was not peaceful or painless. She suffered more during this hour than she was when she was alive still. It was not quick either. My best friend ended up scared of me running away from me in her last memories for what I let these people do to her. She was terrified and traumatized. I will never forget her sounds of suffering she experienced because of this. Her face terrified and agonized. All could have been avoided with proper communication, care, proper handling, competency, and professionalism. I do not believe she was even physically ready yet for euthanasia that day, based on her quality of life chart I was closely following, and spending all day with her happy loving self, but they did not evaluate her or ask about how she had been doing to see if she was ready, and I have learned afterwards she still should have definitely had at least few more days before she would be ready for euthanasia. She was rolling around on my carpet purring with me right before they got there. I can’t even share all the details because it is too painful to type out. My biggest regret, I am absolutely gutted

We're new to the area, and the reviews were great for this veterinary clinic. They were wonderful! Everyone was friendly, and truly cared about our fur baby.

Knowledgeable, established a thorough history on my pet to determine cause of condition. Did only the necessary diagnostics to come up with causation and diagnostics. Saw me the same day, I called them for an appointment

We took our 11 week old puppy to see Dr. Farrell. We had gone to a larger vet for 17 years but got tired of the corporate treatment we were getting. You will not feel that way at the Animal Clinic of Wekiva.
I called weeks prior to ask some questions and could tell the woman was so happy to help. She was very friendly!
When we arrived for the appointment we saw a welcome sign for our puppy and we're immediately helped with check in. We didn't even have to wait long before going back to the room. Millie the assistant was very friendly and our pup warmed up to her quickly.
Dr. Farrell was very kind with our dog and took the time to get to know us as dog owners and answer our questions. We felt so comfortable speaking with him and never felt like he was trying to sell us something (the old place would try to add on treatments). You could tell how much he cares for his patients.
I am so glad we switched to the Animal Clinic of Wekiva!

Dr.Farrell and his team are by far the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional veterinarian specialists around. We turned to their practice after our gut told us our previous vet had failed to diagnose our dogs illness properly (we were right). Dr. Farrell was able to pinpoint the issue promptly, and made sure we were educated on everything throughout treatment.
The compassion showed by this clinic is what makes them stand out the most. I have used many vets, in various places, and this practice genuinely CARES about the wellbeing of your furbaby and empathizes with you through your journey. I recommend this clinic to anyone who truly loves their dog (or cat) and wants the best for them.
Special shout out to Millie at the front desk for her unwavering patience and kindness. And the blonde haired vet tech that assisted us through tough times. The entire team makes a difference in the loving care given to the animals and their owners everyday. Thank you.

The staff at Animal Clinic of Wekiva are professional and caring. The techs take very good care of all the pets. Dr. Farrell took the time to treat my dog as a walk in on a day that he was fully booked. He also personally called me to give me the diagnosis and treatment. I would definitely recommend them.
