I don’t think I’ll be returning the dud that works in the morning is sooooo creepy barley speaks when you walk in and when you cash out he literally either stares at you till you leave or walks away before you and one day me and my aunt came to get coffee we ask the guy if y’all” had sugar canisters” because we didn’t see any he proceeded to get it and then tells us instead of asking just use the packets that’s what they are there for…….Rude…Never again
And going through the reviews I see he gets lots of complaints but yet he still there y’all will not be open long with him there…PERIOD!

Came here to get a coffee from one of their machines, all of a sudden I see a cockroach running from the base to the underside of the coffee machine. I look under it and it had a roach bait / cardboard sticky thing "full of roaches" stuck to it.I can only imagine what the infestation is like where we cant see!

TERRIBLE LOCATION, unsafe and unprofessional!The cashier was upset because I told him "I didn't know the man in front of me wasn't in line" so he refused to service me. I called him a crybaby because that made no sense at all. the general manager by the name "DANNY" followed me to my car and threatened physical violence on a female. He and his employee became enraged and started calling me a "Stupid Bxtch" inside the store before following me out. I rolled my windows up and he was still screaming through my window and following behind my car. To think that someone with this kind of IQ and emotional intelligence is running a store as the "General manager" is disheartening and concerning. He told me "not to come back" like I would ever think about stepping foot in a toxic environment like that one again. I will never give 7-eleven another hard earned dollar when I have been a daily customer for the past 20 years. thank the "manager" or lack thereof

The young male and young female sales associates stood talking at their registers, with no customers in line, while the coffee area was out of cream and a total disgusting mess. As I went to pay for my coffee I complained about there being no cream. The extremely cocky/rude male asked if I came in just to complain? He then took my coffee cup from the counter and threw it into the trash. He and his female coworker stood there laughing over him throwing the coffee out. Total immaturity and total lack of customer service skills! Horrible customer service representing that store! I will never go back! I will happily buy my gas each week and my regular coffees at another convenience store.

Never. Again.Customer service is horrendous.Store is dirty.Staff is rude, arrogant, and disrespectful.With a dozen choices in either direction on 434, you would think the owner of this franchise would prioritize a positive customer experience. Clearly, that’s not the case. I recognize that the labor pool is slim these days but you could hire homeless people that would do a better job and take their jobs more seriously than the urban toddlers you have working there now.

This particular 7-Eleven is literally just off of Interstate 4. The gas is competitively priced and the usual convenience store items await inside. The gas is competitively priced and overall this gas station did the job that it is intended to.

It is a nice convenience store. They have a good selection of goods. The taquitos and big bites are great for a quick snack.The store was clean and the staff was very polite.Get the rewards program to get great discounts.
