Branch manager is arrogant and curt. Service is less than good, and overall it starts at the top and I give them a below avg score, the only plus is its on Longboat.

Chase in its infinite wisdom decided to no longer rent safety deposit boxes to its customers anywhere in the US. If you need to keep valuables there you need to go to another bank. Why keep my accounts in Chase when I get better courtesy and service at another bank that truly wants my business.

I went to open an account at 4:15. Waited in waiting room for 15 min before one of the three employees came and asked if we needed help. Then told us that they did not have time to open a new account. The whole time I was there they only had one customer.

Teller is racist and rude, I went to cash a check and because my other 4 cards from different banks don't have the signature she didn't want to accept them even after I provided my florida driver's license, then she asked for my social security card WHAT THE HECK, nobody carry that.

Have been into this bank multiple times for transactions. The team is very welcoming. I often work with Cyrano, who is super upbeat and ALWAYS asks how I am doing- then waits for a response. He genuinely cares! He acts as if this is a hometown bank, although so many people are not from here. Kudos! Keep up the great energy and attention to community.

They held my money for six days and then bounced a check with no communication whatsoever. They have still not followed up with me. Worst banking experience ever in 40 years of being in business.

It is hard not to like this branch. They try very hard to please but some of the policies are so difficult to find a acceptable from bank. Went to rent a safety deposit box and already have an account at another branch. They wanted to know how much imcome i have, where i bank, how much i have in deposits, the value of my brokerage accounts, whether or not I own my home, details of my mortgage...and what i was going to use the box for and what i was going to put in it. I thought this a bit personal just to rent a box. Then both my wife and i had to show up at the same time to fill out the applications. So after we finally got the box we went down the street to Wells Fargo. They asked me if I had $60 and i gave it to them and they gave me a key.

Chase Bank/Financial is an absolute rip-off! It regularly publishes false and derogatory credit information and even when they admit they made a mistake, take weeks to correct the mistake. I will never do business with this institution again and caution anyone considering doing business with this institution to go elsewhere. They have no regard for their customers!
