We bought a new Maserati on 8/31 and the service from the moment we walked in until we left was nothing short of exquisite. Felipe Oliveira was the Sales Executive that warmly greeted us and walked us through everything. He was extremely personable and made everything seamless during our time there. Brian Paige, the Finance Manager, made the process move swiftly and was extremely well organized and detailed, which I appreciated. They have loyal customers with us for life....oh and I love my new car! :-)

Exceptional Service at Maserati Orlando – A True Lifesaver!!!
After a nightmare experience with Daytona Maserati, where I received the worst service imaginable, I decided to bring my car to Maserati Orlando—and I’m so glad I did. Brian (Finance), Elias, and Bruce went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service and a level of professionalism I had long given up on.
At Daytona, I had struggled for weeks to even get a response, let alone service. After dealing with an issue on my brand-new Maserati that they neglected multiple times, I was hesitant and anxious about ever going back there. Despite purchasing the vehicle from Daytona, their lack of care was overwhelming.
Maserati Orlando, however, was a breath of fresh air. The team immediately got me in, provided a loaner, and had my vehicle repaired in less than two days—a job that Daytona claimed would take weeks. They restored my faith in Maserati with their efficiency, kindness, and attention to detail.
Although Daytona promised me two free oil changes, I’d rather pay Orlando for their excellent service than deal with the hassle and disappointment of Daytona again. Orlando Maserati has earned my trust and loyalty for all future business.
Thank you again to Brian, Elias, and Bruce for the outstanding experience!

If I could give 10 starts I would. One of my best experiences to date dealing with a dealership. From my first impression of the amazing facility it was spotless and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and accommodating to your needs. Saw a car online and was greeted by Felipe in sales. Super personable and down to earth guy. Went for test drive with zero pressure. A few weeks Went by back and forth and finally pulled the trigger. Gave me a fair deal and trade in value. Brian in finance was a pleasure to work with and helped get my application processed extremely fast and easy. Nmfilled oit all paperwork via docusign and Went next day to pick up car. Was in the dealership for no more than 30-45 mins processing final paperwork and was done. Never thought I'd find a dealer like these guys. Hopefully I can buy all my cars here in the future. Thank you Central Ferrari for the best car buying experience I've had in a long time

ABSOLUTE THIEVES!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! My daughter, in her early 20s, goes in with her Maserati for services. They tell her she needs an alignment, which she does NOT need. They charge $400 for an alignment that she doesn't need! These are opportunists who take advantage of people! Stay away from this dealership!

Everything about this dealership is top notch. I made an on line inquiry @ a used vehicle and received a prompt reply from Felipe Oliviera. He provided photos, video and most importantly ;
accurate and honest information about the car. The entire staff was friendly,
knowledgeable and welcoming; which I have not found in any auto establishments these days.
I drove over two hours and it was worth the trip !!
The car was delivered IN the showroom and Felipe explained all the special features. I will definitely return here for my next purchase and can highly recommend Felipe and Maserati of Central Florida (Ferrari of Central Florida) .

Bruce from maserati service is very unprofessional. My levante is still not working after 2 weeks service. I been calling and texting every day but still havent heard from him. I left a message for service manager dave today so lets see if he calls me back.
Tuesday july 9: i called again and was able to speak to service manager dave.
Now lets see if they will do the right thing. My gear shifter was replaced and i paid lots of money for it. When i picked up the car it was the same issue as before or even worst.
Dave assign a new service adviser to me. Ill keep you posted guys

We had such a pleasant experience at Maserati. Felipe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We walked in expecting it to be a bit stuffy, but found it to be the contrarary. Their staff was genuine, eager to answer our questions and most importantly not pushy. From start to finish Felipe made the process easy and smooth. He is the man. Maserati has a client for life.

We were car shopping and had several brands in mind, Mercedes, Audi, Genesis, etc... We decided to also stop in at Maserati to check out the Levante and Grecale. Felipe was our sales associate and from the moment he started to engage with us we were sold, and we hadn't even driven the car yet. We were expecting Maserati to feel stuffy and uptight and honestly, not welcoming. We found the exact opposite! From the conversation to the test drivers we were made to feel at ease. Long story short, we didnt need to go to any other dealerships and walked away with a brand new Grecale. I shared with the sales director, Nick, that Felipe is the absolute best sales guy we have ever worked with. Hats off to Felipe! We look forward to many fabulous years with our car!

Maserati of Central Florida, our sales executive, Yanniel Rodriguez, and business manager Brian Paige provided the best car shopping/buying experience we’ve had to date. Everything about the purchase was completely relaxed and no pressure. Yanniel was so extremely patient with my questions, thorough in his responses and extremely knowledgable. I test drove my (now) car Friday afternoon, returned Saturday for another test drive and communicated with Yanniel back and forth throughout the week. Upon deciding to purchase the car, the process was painless. Brian called to go over the numbers before I returned to pick up the vehicle, provided detailed information and recommendations on the options available to me. I was welcomed with a congratulatory sign upon arriving at the dealership, with champagne and water for my boys - such a sweet gesture. Overall, I was at the dealership for less than an hour for the final paperwork, signing and to pick up my car. Everything was effortless and was a simply outstanding experience. They absolutely gained a customer for life.

What a peace of mind to have service at Maserati dealership in Orlando! Bruce Cameron provides a wonderful professional assistance and has a great team of coworkers helping customers on a day-to-day basis. Ms. Aline and Ms. Alisa are two professionals greeting customers with a great professional attention. For over 30 years I have owned different brands of luxury cars in Florida such as Mercedes, Jaguars and a Bentley and affirm that the entire team of Maserati of Central Florida makes this dealership the best among all other brands in our region. It is for sure one of the best Maserati dealerships in America! I drive a 2015 Maserati GTS Zegna for nine years now and I am grateful for this fantastic support!

We can’t express how pleased we are with the amazing customer service we had here.
Ask for Yanniel (who also goes by Jonny), he is very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions we had. We live an hour and a half away and he made it easier for us. Texting and emailing all the information in advance. All we had to do was show up and pick out our car.
We look forward to driving our Maserati!
