“My husband and I attended an Indian wedding, and were very anxious to have our Indian attire cleaned carefully. After much research, I decided to entrust our beautiful clothing to Orchid Cleaners. I am so glad we went to Orchid. EVERYTHING was professionally cleaned and looked wonderful: saris, lehengas, cholis, dupattas, sherwanis and pants, and turban. Shay (customer service) was so helpful: she took our order, double-checked everything, and called over Elsye. Elsye, the cleaning professional, explained what cleaning methods would be used and how delicate embroidery and embellishments would be spot cleaned. “The cleaning and pressing were excellent. There were 3 pairs of men's pants. One was blue-jeans for which I requested creases. They came back without creases. There may be a reason I do not know about, but I like creases. The very nice lady who was teaching customers how to use the new system made the request for me.”

“Nice place to come do your laundry. It has bill change machines available for up to $20, counter card cash change if needed for over $20 or cash out, and an ATM, and laundry tables too. All a laundry place needs, even a laundry shop for products and services. But overall it has an app so that you can get points just sign-in up for free, you can monitor and check when there is availability and notifies your when your machine is ready at sms, email, or app. If you come here, ask for the app, 5 min, and you are good to go. Have a nice laundry time.”

“So it's a cold and rain Monday morning I walk over to do my laundry at Drop-wash & Fold coin laundry like I always do. To do my laundry and when I get there and went to grab the 5 dollars I had in my jacket for laundry I found it wasn't in the pocket I put it in. So I checked my jacket thoroughly to make sure It wasn't in the lining of my jacket because I have a hole in the pocket well to my dismay it wasn't their and I don't remember putting it out or it falling out. So I call up my granny to ask if she could send me something too do my laundry for the week and as I was asking, Steven the owner says " you've been coming here for a while now and haven't used our rewards program," which is a punch card and on your 8th visit they give you 5 dollars to use in-store for laundry "I've got you" I ask if he has a cash app to pay him for helping me out but he said "don't worry about it just go on Google and give us a 5 star review" This is a great place too do laundry and the prices can't be beat and the service is just as great. But what would you expect for a family run business They take care of you unlike franchise owned businesses so if you're a single parent, college student or just don't wanna break the bank just too do laundry I recommend coming to the Drop-wash & Fold coin laundry to do it thier best in town.”

“I brought custom curtains here after my very sick dog had an accident on them. I came from Winter Park because I couldn't find any other cleaner willing to take them. One of the owners/family members came out to evaluate them and he was so kind. I was so upset because not only was my dog terminally ill but now my irreplaceable curtains were also ruined. He was so compassionate; he took my curtains and said he would do his best. He did an awesome job! I could tell he really spent a lot of time on them. “How much clothing is the right amount to take on vacation? If you are near this EZ Wash, you can take a minimum amount and leave the laundering to them. It started with a phone call where all of my questions were answered. So, I thought I would give it a try. From the welcome I received upon walking in to the pickup, they were friendly and kind. My clothes were weighed in their basket rather than my bag. When I picked it up it was in a closed plastic bag (because it was raining and they wanted to keep it dry. Their. Prices were reasonable and it was ready before I expected it. I would recommend them and will definitely use them next time I am in the area.”
“i moved to Orlando a year ago and pretty quickly needed a dry cleaner due to an uptick in weddings this year. have been going to them almost weekly at this rate for the last 6 months and it has been so convenient and easy. clothes are always ready when they say, everything is nicely cleaner and pressed properly so that there aren't any wrinkles. they've even managed to get out some long standing stains I'd given up on. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.”

“At first I was a little put off with the fact that no one was present when I entered the business. B!ut I soon realized that this is a 100% automated cleaners. After using it I have to say I love it. They are always open and the drop off and pickup is so easy to do. I predict that soon all cleaners will follow with automation like this. “Very clean, the staff does a great job keeping up with cleanliness even when it's busy. They regularly rinse their machines to prevent odor (greatly appreciate it!!!). They make everything very convenient, even touchless payment using an app call PayRange (min $$ is $25 on app) but it goes a long way. They also have change machines and card payments on SOME washers AND dryers. There is ALWAYS a staff member available to assist and laundry and vending products for purchase. ?
The smallest washer is 3.50 largest 7.50 dryers are 1 dollar per 16 min cycles. LAST WASH/ DRY 10PM

Unfortunately, I had an issue with a washer that other people use incorrect but I have to say that the management attended to the situation very professional with high customer service.
