I’ve been coming weekly for the past few months. Friendly folks who run it. Kind of like cheers as they now know my name. I always pre pay for 2 suits to be cleaned. Very affordable and they do a great job!

Completely Ripped off.. waited a week to get back clothes and shoes the owner told me that he could make it “as new” wasted almost $300 would never go here again. Only thing decent is that they fold your clothes for you but it’s not worth the money they are charging go somewhere else!Services: Laundry pick-up

I have been in this place twice, the first time I was charged $5.60 per garment, shirt pants, dresses by the husband I thought the price were too high but the the gentleman explained that they iron the clothes by hand so I let it go, the second time the woman Ms. Kim changed me $6.60 per item, I should have walk away but decided to leave some of my clothes I was mad because I knew that she was overcharging me. My advice is if you don't see prices listed on a board, walk away this are not honest people they can charge you whatever they want just by the look of your car.

Came in today wanting a jacket, slacks, and a dress shirt dry cleaned to be ready no later than Tuesday and they couldn't accommodate. No expedited cleaning services? They really just turned my business away without making any effort to work with me.

Went to Kim's for small stain removal of a semi formal Kaftan with embellishments. The stains were only in one area but upon pickup I was told that they couldn't be removed from one of the two areas. I prepaid $31+ (includes my 10%discount for prepaying) and they refused to give me a partial refund for just dry cleaning my Kaftan. I was extremely diassapointed and upset after Mr. Kim raised his voice to me and told me I could just leave in response to my repeated request for a partial refund. Mrs. Kim was a bit more reasonable offering me a free dry cleaning for next time. However, I was unsatisfied as the Kim's could have called and explained that they couldn't properly provide stain removal and give me another option. Furthermore, I don't use dry cleaning regularly and to return would be an inconvenience if my time and gas. They pressed the Kaftan nicely though.
