We've used this location to service our trucks and they do a great job! They are always reliable and give accurate time on how long their services will take. We've also had the pleasure of working with Mark on the sales team. He is such a pleasure to work with. He's very professional, and knowledgeable on the vehicles they have in stock. He makes you feel like a friend instead of a sale. It's like a breath of fresh air working with this business. I highly recommend if you are needing any services or if your looking to buy or sell your vehicle.

I experienced an expedited service for a problem on my family's vehicle. I way waiting for fifteen to twenty minutes for the competition of the said service. P.S. You should arrive early in the morning to Walt's service center for an expedited service on your vehicle.

Walts Live Oak Ford changed out my tire on my Maverick (that I purchased from them) in such a quick and efficient manner! If you want good service along with good prices then I suggest you pay them a visit or else you are missing out!5 Star Service!!

My husband and I heard an advertisement on the radio for a Labor Day special on a front end alignment at Walt's Live Oak Ford while traveling through the area. We are full time RVers - and our truck has been getting tire wear to indicate we have an issue with the alignment. He went online and scheduled a service appointment for 12:30 on a Saturday and we drove about an hour to get there. When we walked in - the guy at the desk was on two phones - so maybe he needs some assistance. We explained why we were there - and the guy at the counter says, "Oh you didn't know". Apparently the ONLY person at their dealership that can do alignments is off for a week. He did say he didn't know why the website allowed us to make an appointment. What is the point of providing online scheduling if customers need to call ahead to check - because we might not know something. But! There is another dealership right down the road in Lake City. We ask him to call to see if they can get us in - and he tells us he will Google the number. I was expecting the dealerships to work together to squeeze us in - but apparently - I should've just GOOGLED the number myself. So much for service.
