I booked an appointment online and dropped my F-250 diesel truck off for the works; oil change, tires rotated, safety check. When I picked it up, the bill came to about $140, and they gave me a printed report of the findings. I asked if all the fluids had been topped off and was told yes. When I got in the truck, I checked the DEF level to find that it was only at 1/4 full. So I went back inside to ask about it. I was told that wasn't included, and I had to specifically request that to be topped off, but there was an additional fee for that. Seriously? $140 for an oil change and tire rotation and they couldn't top off the DEF? I will be making the drive over to Perry to Timberland Ford from now on. The service is less expensive and they are sure to top everything off.

DO NOT TRUST THIS ORGANIZATION FOR ONLINE BUSINESS. I bought a truck from them via online marketing I am from Georgia and purchased from them in Florida. I asked specifically about the engine and I was told that it was a good engine in it. I got the vehicle, second day the check engine light comes on. I called them and told them about and they told me take to someone I trust and they alluded to refunding the money for the issue with the engine. I took it to someone and they told me that the crank case is building too much pressure and that the only fix is another engine, otherwise the seals will continue to fail. Well I paid about $1100.00 so far and still have an engine that leaks oil through darn near every seal. I have called several times to get help but to no avail. I have sent emails and no one returns the email. I told these guys that I am a veteran that has to deal with health issues due to being in hazardous areas and that I wanted a truck so that I can carry my camper and spend time on the lake while I go through my treatment. Those guys didn't care. I was sold a terrible vehicle and I even sent them a message saying I am open to buying a vehicle that I could actually use...still nothing. Oh by the way, I was told after I purchased the truck that they had put a Remanufactured engine in it before they sold it to me.I looked up the Carfax and it looks like they sold this vehicle a couple of times this year and it was returned. I think I was just the "sucker" from out of town that they sold it to and won't return my calls to find resolutionAlso, I was told that they installed some $400.00 vehicle tracking device on the vehicle at my expense...I never got the information for that so that I can track my vehicle and track service information. I don't even know if it's installed on there or not.To those of you who had great experiences there, my only guess is that all of the good folks that believed in this businesses mission are now gone. Now you get what you get.Be aware and DO NOT TRUST INTERNET DEALS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.

Most reasonably priced oil change in the area and they do a great job. Honest when they tell you something more is needed. Told me I would need new tires, I paid little attention as every other “oil change place” that has told me that has just been looking for $$. By my next oil change there I had such bad tires they were no longer safe to drive on.

The service department at Walt’s Live Oak Ford is the most knowledgeable, kindest, friendliest and most concerned of anywhere I’ve ever seen! Kudos to Donnie R, Gene and Mike over at service! Hats off to Mr Bob, as he was my sweet driver who gave me a ride to my library and returned later to fetch me, so I didn’t have to sit there at shop and wait! He is a jewel to know! Very great team word, they all listened to my car concerns and took the time to listen and that is amazing in today’s hurry up and wait game! Yay Mark, my salesman for his honesty and integrity! And, Chad, the great financial man for getting me into my new car!

Terrible. Do not take your vehicle to get serviced here. They scratched my truck while it was in for service. I had to keep calling them to find out when it was ready for pickup. Called on a Friday to check progress. Gene said he would call back. Never got a call back so I called back that following Monday just to find out the truck was ready for pickup on Friday. To top it off, I was told a price for the repair and when I went to pay Gene then tells me he FORGOT to include parts on the ticket which they then made me pay for because of there mistake. Very unprofessional. I dealt with Gene for the whole thing. If you do decide to take your vehicle here I suggest asking for a different service advisor. He will screw you over

Service department was exceptional. Had a fuel leak on 2021 truck and had it towed in. 24 hours later the truck was fixed and back on the road. The level of communication was great.

Making profit off vehicles is one thing, but taking thousands of earned income from their salesman is pretty low and calling almost all of them flats is B.S. They take advantage of new employees, put them in very unprofessional situations in front of customers, and some vehicles they don't pay you at all after making a sale. ?????Horrible communications, disorganized, very unfair system with obvious favoritism going on in numerous ways, and tense work environment.Other departments are great but the sales sector is a war zone. When you have several employees and customers all seeing the same thing then that makes it very clear that this isn't the picture they paint when being hired.

While traveling to s Fla with our rv our truck broke down. It was towed to Walts. they were wonderful in fixing the problem. It was a complicated problem but they did an excellent job resolving it thank you gene and your techs

Awesome experience at Walt’s in Live Oak finding my son a car. My sales associate, Mark McRae, was both friendly and knowledgeable. He greeted us within moments of pulling into the dealership. I inquired about a car not on the lot that I had saw online, he didn’t hesitate to take me over to the company’s 2nd dealership to check out the vehicle. I never felt hurried nor rushed to make my purchase. We received A-1 customer service! I will definitely refer my family and friends! And my son loves his new car! Thanks!
